I am so impressed with the three ladies that cleaned my house! They deep cleaned, paid attention to details and when they were done, my house felt like a luxury hotel! They are very hands-on (& knees) oriented, not afraid to climb a ladder, very efficient and they use chemical-free cleaners that smell so fresh! They worked hard and were organized, brought all their own cleaning equipment and finished with a nice polished mopping.
They were all very delightful and a pleasure to talk to. And I can't wait for them to come again. True Profesionals (ceilings, fans, baseboards, mirrors, doors, floors, blinds)

They sent some girls initially that were a bit green and I mean in experience and not green products! Things didn't go well especially in the kitchen and with the dusting. I called Susan and she sent a cleaning swat team the next morning - fixed everything and the cleaning from then on - January - have been spot on.

Susan was awesome! My son goes to UA and I wanted to find someone I could trust to clean his apartment. Susan is so down to earth and took care of everything. Her girls did a great job cleaning my son and his roommates apartment professionally and the boys were thrilled! Very good price too. I strongly recommend using them, I will absolutely use them again.

If you are looking for a pretty decent cleaning job, and for items to vanish from your house, look no further. Most of the house was cleaned very well to the highest standards. You could eat out of the oven, but the outside remained streaky. The cabinet faces looked brand new, but someone forgot to wipe down granite counter top All of this could be dismissed, and I feel would have been rectified by the company.
What they can't rectify is the missing bath mat (who cares really) and the missing Bluetooth headphones that the crew acknowledges were in a drawer. Having people in your home when you aren't present and trusting them to not steal from you is a big leap of faith. I leapt and lesson learned. Still had to pay for service

Do yourself a favor chose Maids in America. This company provides excellent service and they truly care about their clients. Even on the rare occurrence that something isn't completely satisfactory the owner herself will make sure that it is fixed. They are also locally owned and operated and they give back to the community by donating to charities as well as by donating their services to women battling cancer with their partnership with Cleaning for a Reason.

When I use Maids In America they give me so much cleaning for the money. They truly hit more details than any person or company I've hired in the past and their price has always been great. I first used them 10 years ago when they had like 2 people working for them.lol. Now they have a bunch but Sheila is still my maid and still works for them after all these years. Sheila is wonderful and loves her job which says a lot about the company.
