Services
Your Checklist: Every customer has different needs. That is why with Maid Experts you have the freedom to customize your service to fit your individual needs. At the time of your booking, please let our office know what items you'd like done by your maid. If there is anything not listed, just add it.
We require at least 48 hours notice and a 4 hour arrival window for online bookings. If you need same day service or a shorter arrival window, please call our office to schedule your appointment to ensure availability. We may or may not apply your deposit as credit for a future visit if you book online with less than 48 hours notice and we cannot cover your job.
Although we make sure every housekeeper referred has a history of being very careful with your belongings, it's good to know that you are protected against loss and/or breakage that may occur while the maids clean your home. All of our maids referred go through a thorough background check. Your key is secured in a locked key storage device to which only the Maid Experts office managers have access. The key is issued to your house keeper on the day of the cleaning and then returned back to the managers to get stored back in the lock box.
