We have used Maid2Clean for regular, scheduled, residential cleaning and event cleaning. The service has always been exceptional. Their attention to detail is worth noting. With our input, Jennifer helped us come up with a cleaning plan that suited us and now our surfaces shine, our baseboards and shutters are dust-free and we can spend weekends doing what we like instead of house maintenance. I hired Maid 2 Clean a few years ago to do a deep clean of my house before we moved. We liked them so much that we hired them to come to our new house 2x/month. We ordered sheets which came with the towels for our rental in Carolina Beach as well as a pack and play and high chair. The only reason I have given 2 stars is the pack and play and high chair were fine and in good condition. The sheets were the lowest quality, very rough, and very used. Some of them had been used so much they had worn holes in them.
The towels were in worse shape than the sheets. On our next trip to Carolina Beach, I will plan to bring my own sheets and towels even though it is far less convenient. The $200 spent on renting these was definitely money wasted. This company has great customer service but very cheap products. Added 7/6/20: the owner reached out by phone to discuss the less than stellar review and I responded by text. The company's customer service was great until the owner responded.

Outstanding. Todd and Jennifer are a class act. They are very professional and knowledgeable of what needs to be done. We suffered lots of damage with Hurricane Florence. They helped us to understand what needed to be done, explained everything and answered every question and brought talented and skilled people in to do the work. Their leadership and guidance resulted in an excellent outcome where all of our expectations were met. Highly recommend them.
