I have used Dial-A-Maid for many years and they consistently provide super excellent service.

Highly recommend this Dial-a-Maid service. Keep on schedule and will check if a schedule change is needed. Frequently ask if areas need a different service. Send reminders before cleaning day. Very polite and respectful of your time. Good value. Will continue to use their service.

I appreciated Dial-A-Maid's super fast response to my request for cleaning the next day. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The cleaners were on-time, cheerful, helpful, and they did a good job for a reasonable price. Thank you!

We have used Dial-a-maid for years, and we have always been happy with the high quality service, good communication by the office staff, and prompt arrivals of the crews.

Not only did the crew arrive 45min late (beyond the time range I was given), but they also rushed the service. They left lots of dust everywhere and I had to ask them several times to clean certain areas. Overall, would not recommend- there are much better services in Evanston.

The crew did a good job but the office really messed up. I spoke to 2 people before scheduling the appointment. I was very clear on the work that needed to be done and how big the house was. The crew was 2 hours late arriving. IIhad to call the office to ask where rhwy were instead of them calling me to say they were running late. When the crew arrived they were told the job was an apartment.

I had to speak the office while they were there because the crew wouldn't have time to finish that day. The office said I didn't tell them how big the job was. I said that's not true and I spoke to 2 people. And that was the reason they were scheduled earlier in the day. The crew ended up having to come back the next morning to finish. I was originally quoted $305 and ended up paying $690! We planned to continue using the service after this cleaning but not now. I feel like I was totally scammed.

AAA+++ I called Dial A Maid after my cleaning lady went on vacation. I got a call from last minute guests arrivingOMG! Panicked a friend recommended that I call Dial A Maid! And to my rescue at the last minute. I had a 3 person team they were friendly efficient and through and made me feel relaxed by it being their first time in my home I was AMAZED!.

It was like my home had a makeover. I love the" Spa Treatment" Dial Maid gave to my home. I was pleased and my Husband even took notice. On top I even got a discount for being referred by my friend! I would recommend this company!

It's great local naighborhood company. I used them twice a month to clean my home and my office and some of friends also use them. Never had any problems or issues, they do great service and reasonable prices.

I used Dial A Maid for the 2nd time and I got the same quality as the 1st time. The ladies came in with a smile and did everything I requested and a couple of things that I didn't think of. The best part was I only paid what i was quoted.
