My experience and knowledge of this company is that they are dishonest, period! Recently one of their companies carpet cleaning vans caught fire while two employees were performing their job inside of a business. The employees left their personal belongings in the van, therefore their coats, prescription glasses, cell phones and bluetooth were destroyed.

A supervisor came out to the job site and treated the two employees like it was their fault the van burned when obviously it was a malfunction or faulty equipment. He wasn't concerned at all nor did he ask if they were ok. This is not the first van they've had go up in flames. Luckily the employees were not in the van. The following morning the employees contacted their immediate supervisor to inform about the incident and the manner in which they were treated.

The higher-up boss man personally told these two employees that their coats, glasses, phone and bluetooth would be replaced even asking for coat sizes and detail about burnt items. Several days passed and again they were ask for coat sizes, etc. meanwhile its very cold in January in Ohio. Several more days pass and they are told they have to wait till insurance pays off.

A week or so later they are let go and told they were no longer needed without their lost items being replaced. By stating that they were waiting on insurance tells me these items were included in the claim. Not replacing these said items amounts to insurance fraud! There is a number I can call about that too, and I will. They lost their personal necessities but just the same could have been their lives and absolutely no concern was shown at all.
