LTC came out on a very snowy day to shovel off our roof and remove an ice dam that was causing a leak in our kitchen. They responded quickly to my our call and got right to work once they arrived. They were even willing to head to the hardware store for additional materials. Once the job was done, they said they'd check in after a couple hours to see if the leak had stopped. Would use again-- friendly and professional!

I used LTC for a thorough window cleaning, house power washing and complete deck scrubbing / cleaning. These guys know their stuff. They take their work very seriously and will not stop until you and they are satisfied. They first did the job in March and they weren't completely happy with the windows when they finished on a Friday, so they came back for 4 hours on Saturday until it was perfect.

They weren't very happy with the deck but I told them it was good enough. A month later, the deck really did look like it needed work so they came back and two men worked a good 4 hours each until it looked great again. They take "done" very seriously and highly recommend them to anyone wanting a thorough job done right.

We have difficult windows: a second floor loft condo with 12 huge and heavy multi-paned industrial windows. The screens are permanently attached so inside of windows must be cleaned from the outside. LTC took on the challenge, devised a simple bar which they custom fitted to our windows to be sure not to put stress on these expensive and difficult to replace windows.

From first contact to completion LTC communicated clearly, gave a very affordable quote, showed up on schedule, were considerate of our home and our neighbors, were meticulous in cleaning filthy windows, gave us money-saving suggestions. We wont use anyone else in future window cleaning, and will consider them first for other cleaning needs.

I recently had the windows on my house cleaned by LTC. The crew was professional and right on time. They did an outstanding job cleaning every single window on our house, even the small ones in the basement. Everything was absolutely perfect and every window and screen was cleaned better then they have ever been in this house. Awesome job

I Used LTC cleaning for my windows. They called me right back. Came out gave me an est. that night. I called them the next day and they scheduled me right away. They came on time and very courteous. They did my whole house in on day inside and out with screen cleaning. Very Very nice job. Will use them again. I highly recommend them.

I've been very pleased with Nick and his team. They are responsive, and courteous. They put on a cover on their shoes when they entered my house to clean each window two times. They were very happy to do work beyond the original scope. I strongly recommend them, and will bring them again.

These guys were great -- cleaned our windows inside and out, and managed to fit our job in at the last minute. Our windows have never looked better, their rate was very competitive, and the people on their team are pleasant, polite and hard-working.

Very responsive, detail oriented folks, excellent communications. They do window cleaning on our large industrial loft windows and devised methods of propping them open without damaging delicate frame structures. Very careful about neighbors and landscape too. Reasonable price especially considering the quality of services. They also did carpet cleaning and sofa cleaning for us with equally excellent results. Highly recommended.
