I think they could work on their quoting system but I do appreciate their effort to ensure they provide a quality service at the end of the day. Made an appointment from 10-12. They said they were early so they would wait and I would meet them there. I get there and no ones answering. 45 min later of trying to get in contact I was told I was refunded. Tyler was beyond rude from the first phone call. Also trying to charge me an extra fee which when I booked the appointment they told me I wouldn't have to pay that fee. Now they won't even come clean my carpet and I have to move out tomorrow. I highly suggest never ever ever using this company. Super unprofessional and unreliable
