When it comes to safety, Lewis & Taylor strictly applies safety rules and regularly reinforces safety trainings. Our managers and team have been trained and certified by the IWCA. Our crews are trained in the use of bosun's chairs, ladders, boom lifts, and mechanical stage platforms. In our monthly training meetings, we ensure that all employees are current on safety requirements and procedures. Before we get started, we will walk through your facility together and communicate about scheduling and any challenges.
We stay in constant communication with the project manager via text, call, and/or in person meetings throughout the cleaning process. We stay on schedule and work with the other contractors when timelines change. We make sure we understand our customer's needs and expectations, so we can consistently deliver the highest quality work.
