This is a janitorial business. Most of the staff are friendly and very hard working. I have the good fortune to have met 2 employees Jose and Gary. Part of a floor crew and special services. Very good at their jobs. Thank you to them for the dedication and hard work!

Had an interview on 11/08/2017,c alled back two days later passed the background check, felt good about getting on, called the next week that say they had 29 positions that needed to be filled, was asked to back in a few days when I called back last week they said that they were in a hiring freeze. and to call back this week, I call them and see what kind of response I will going to get, sure feels like I'm getting the run around here

Switched buildings, more pay. I've been waiting for the make up pay difference for over a month. been getting ran around, lied to and treated like I'm stupid. Have to say that I truly enjoy working with the lady supervisor, she is awesome. But as for the pay its two thumbs down. They should recognize the ones that do good work. SHAME ON THEM, but nothing last 4-ever.

Worst place to work at in Des Moines. Management is dirty and they treat their employees like dirt. They have the highest turnover rate and do not compensate their employees fairly. They violate OSHA, and DOL laws and hides every wrong doing that they are guilty of. I think that this employer should be shut down because they are full of dirty acts then try to play by the book upon dealing with things lawfully. If they want you gone they will find some type of way to get rid of you by lying.
