They cleaned my whole house of carpet. The carpet was not super dirty, but there were a couple of small stains in the master bedroom that I forgot to mention. While they were here I asked if they would clean 2 chairs that were pretty dirty. I was not that hopeful that they'd come clean. Once done, the carpets looked wonderful, stains gone in the master, chairs nice and clean. They were not only professional, but knowledgeable, and even gave me a follow up call to make sure I was happy. I will definitely use Klean Dry again, and again!

Klean Dry was referred to me by Mission Hill Apartments. The whole reason why I hired them to clean my carpeting was to remove pet stains, which was clearly communicated to Sean Rael prior to his visit. Mr. Rael would later identify himself as the owner of Klean Dry. On the day Mr. Rael arrived at my home to clean the carpets he told me he "forgot" to bring the pet stain remover.
Which you must admit was very unprofessional. Needless to say, the stains were not removed and it was a huge waste of my time and money. Although Mr. Rael was aware of the situation Klean Dry never offered to reimburse me or return to correct the problem. I learned the hard way to ask around and get personal recommendations from friends and hire large, professional companies who will do the job right. Granted Klean Dry was cheaper than the bigger companies, but I guess you get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a truly professional carpet cleaning company.

Super job done on the carpets at a rental house I just sold. Sean was on time, actually a little early but that was fine. Carpets came out looking brand new and smelling great. Fast dry time, maybe 2 hrs total. Will be having Sean come out and clean the carpets in my own home next week and will continue using this company I highly recommend Sean if you want your carpets cleaned the right way the first time. I'm sure you will be as pleased as I am, and continue to use this company as well as telling all your friends. Thanks again

Exceptional job! My carpets, area rug & tile floors have never looked better. They were able to come within 24 hours & on a Saturday (when the other carpet company didn't show up). I have a bleach stain on my carpeting & they can dye it back to the original color! Top notch service & very friendly staff. I highly recommend this company!

Not only did they clean my dirty rug beyond my expectations, they really kicked Stanley Steamers ass because they had come in and couldn't get a particularly stained patch clean and Sean came out from Klean Dry and got it right up.
