Licensed - While there isn't currently any required trade licenses for what we do, we are licensed as an LLC with the state of North Carolina. Bonded - There are 2 types of bonding that are typically used in our industry and they are both in essence a type of insurance.
Keeping your property clean on a regular maintenance schedule improves your company image to current and potential customers. Sealed concrete looks better and cleans easier which results in a beautiful property for your company! Once a year, twice a year, quarterly, or monthly, no matter what schedule you need, we can provide it.
Then we soak all the vegetation that is next to the home to prevent damage from our chemicals. All vertical surfaces of the home are then soaked with appropriate chemicals for each surface. This is followed by a thorough low pressure rinse to ensure no damage is done to any surface. This includes siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters.
We remove all your screens in an orderly fashion so that they can be put back in the right order when the window cleaning is complete. We do all high ladder and hard to reach work first while we're fresh and energetic so that we are working as safely as possible. We head outside and use our pure water system and water fed pole to remove organic debris like dirt, dust, bird strikes, etc. This system provides spot free results most of the time but if something should remain, don't worry we'll catch it in our next step.

This is our second time using Keep Up Appearances - both times Andrew has been nothing but professional and provided us with superior service and the end product has always been stellar. He takes his time and is extremely detail orientated, and always makes sure we are happy with the results before he leaves. Would highly recommend Andrew for all your window/house cleaning needs. We had him clean EZE breeze windows on our porch and exterior power washing on our deck and house. All turned out great!

Andrew O'Gara with Keep Up Appearances did a fantastic job installing Gutter Filters to the back of my house. I am incredibly pleased with the way the filters turned out and the great job that Andrew did. He cleaned out the gutters before installing the filters and did not leave a mess behind. He was also very helpful with a minor repair that I needed help with.
This is my 2nd time using Keep Up Appearances and working with Andrew (first time was cleaning the gutters), and I do plan on hiring him for future work around my house. He is very professional and provides excellent customer service.

I've been using Andrew for a few years now. Great quality of work when he pressure washes my house and concrete annually. I recently used him to clear my gutters and wash the windows inside and out.
