Have used K&K Cleaning in the past for my carpets and always was satisfied w/their service. This time I had them clean my large area rugs and hallway runner. Great job! Carpets look so much cleaner and smell clean too! I was pleased their cleaning service doesn't leave area rugs with a wavy border when dry. Very professional service!

The customer service of this company is outstanding! I am a real estate agent and needed a company to clean carpets with only a few days notice. Even with a extremely tight schedule, K & K wanted to accommodate me and scheduled the house for a 7:00 am cleaning so that I could get it on the market before my listing deadline. They made the process so easy and the carpets came out amazing. Five stars!

I was very pleased with every aspect of my interaction with K&K Cleaning. They were very flexible with my appointment time and were very communicative as to their arrival for the quote appointment and subsequent service appointment. I booked an appointment for 2 weeks out, and they called a few days later with an appointment available the next day due to a cancellation. Pricing was very reasonable.
I would definitely recommend this company. Owned by a husband (provided quote and service) and wife (phone contact-appointments) who are both very professional, courteous and friendly.

Ken and Kim run a friendly, courteous, and professional business. I have used Ken several times to have my carpet cleaned and am always satisfied with his work. He and his helper are prompt and thorough. I appreciate that they are careful to protect wall edges, and helpful in moving furniture as needed. I would highly recommend them for all your carpet cleaning needs - including taking care of your soaked carpet due to flooding, which we had one time time in our basement.

I'm so appreciative of K & K Cleaning! In a moment of DIY inspiration, I decided to save a bit of time and money by renting a steam cleaner and cleaning my carpets before a boatload of company arrived at my house. Several hours later and much to my dismay, the steam cleaner left hideous brown streaks all over my light colored carpet. I called K & K Cleaning and they were able to get in two days before my company arrived and completely clean up the streaks. My carpet looks fantastic! Ken and his assistant were quick, courteous and professional. Crisis averted!
