We had a great experience having our carpets cleaned and our grout cleaned. Both hadn't been cleaned for years and were very dirty. Junior's came by quickly for an estimate and actually did the grout cleaning that day. It looked like new! They came back the next day for the carpet and they worked hard on our stairs and other soiled areas. Again, the results were very good. It took a while to dry, but that is to be expected when they have to go over an area multiple times. Very happy!

Wow! Junior's really did a phenomenal job cleaning our carpets and we will be using this company every time we need our carpets cleaned and I would also trust them completely for any restoration work.hopefully we don't have a flood anytime soon but if we do I know who I can trust to take care of our home. I wish I had a before and after picture. They were quick to respond and get to my home. They are very professional and do an amazing job. They did a great deep clean with the normal cleaning. He was on time, he was friendly and professional and he got stains out of rugs we didn't think were possible to be removed yet he did. I had very dirty stairs after having workmen here. Junior got them clean and no spots have reappeared. He also cleaned the carpet where two dogs "live, " and they are looking like new and smelling very good. I would highly recommend him for carpet cleaning

We had water pouring out of our light fixtures in our kitchen! We had a plumber come out who cut open the ceiling dry wall and got the leak part fixed but told us it was really wet and there was black mold and we needed to get that fixed ASAP. Juniors Carpet Cleaning (who also does water damage restoration) saved the day. They came over right away, tarped off the area super tight and got to work.

They cut out all ruined dry wall, then placed those huge blower fans within the tarped area to dry everything out. In and out in just a matter of a couple of days. Then after the patch work and re texturizing of the ceiling, they painted the ENTIRE downstairs ceiling so it would match. They were fast, honest, kind and super good quality work. Everything you would hope for. Would and will use them again.100%. Thank you!

Bait and switch. The online coupon says 2 rooms $49. Guy shows up said $150 is their min charge and they need to update the website. Kicked him out of my house.

I reached out to Junior two days ago for his services in cleaning our couch, he was able to provide us a quote on what that would take. Less than two days later they showed up and did a stellar job cleaning our couch, it's like brand new. You could tell that he really took pride in his work in making sure that everything was clean and that through the process the house was taken care of, even using protectors so they could run their vacuum along the walls in the house without rubbing the edges or paint. Truly would recommend their services and will most definitely be using them again in the future!

Our regular carpet cleaner completely left us in the lurch with no call or explanation as to why he didn't show up for our scheduled appointment. David from Juniors carpet cleaning came to clean our carpets and he did the best job of any carpet cleaner I've had so far. He was able to do a deep cleaning and put a chemical under the carpet to remove all the cat urine that our sick cat had done to our new carpet! He was also able to remove stains we thought could never come out. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service and will be using them from now on in the future.

Did a decent job but seriously overcharged me! $350 for 800 square feet of carpet that was in decent shape. He insisted we needed a "deep clean". Total B.S. Our cameras show him leaving the house after 1 hour. He never even did a deep cleaning! Everyone I talk to now is telling me I was very much overcharged. My dad just had the same square feet cleaned for $125. So disappointed! Our realtor referred us to him and I will be letting the realtor know about this. Beware!

After skipping a few years of having our carpets cleaned it was definitely beginning to show. Lots of graying and my nieces room had several stains which I couldn't get out. I called Junior's Carpet cleaning to get a price quote keeping in mind that quotes over the phone can often change due to the fact that not seeing the actual carpet condition and size of the rooms can always bring about a price quote difference.
