I moved into a rental that had a tile kitchen floor I just couldn't seem to get clean- it had definitely been neglected so I looked for professional help. I am SO lucky to have found JP Carpet Cleaning. Peter was super responsive and came by to give us a quote- it was clear he knew what he was talking about and then Jackie and the crew came a few days later to do the job.

The kitchen tiles are gleaming now! She even gave me tips about some at home cleaning solutions I can make to take care of our furniture. They are great people and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend them! I plan to call them to clean my area rugs and other things that pop up when it's time. Thanks Jackie and Peter!

Highly recommend! Team JP cleaned our wood floors, twice so far. They do great work, are affordable, really really nice, and are local owned/small business. This review is long overdue, but better late than never! The 2-person team that serviced my house was incredibly friendly, punctual, and professional. I was genuinely amazed at just how clean they were able to get our apartment's carpeted floor as well as the couch + chairs we've had for over 10 years. I was recently tasked by my work to find a carpet cleaning service for an upcoming video shoot and JP was the first that came to mind.

JP Carpet Cleaners were just at my apartment in Sherman Oaks and I am so grateful! This carpet has not been cleaned in 14 years (prior tenant’s fault, not mine) and was greasy to the touch and grey with only-God-knows-what. Literally, the soles of new shoes are so black and oily from walking on the carpet, I have to scrub them with mechanic-shop degreaser. JP Carpet Cleaners went over it twice, without me even having to ask, and now the carpet looks AMAZING!

They were polite and thorough, and took their time to do their best, and it definitely shows. And their price was so low compared to others on top of everything else. I am certain no one will not be disappointed with their work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very satisfied with Jackie and the crew at JP Carpet Care. I had seriously neglected the carpet in my apartment. (Impossible to “overstate” the description “seriously neglected.”) I told them I was not expecting miracles. Yet, they were able to make them look and feel so much better, much better than I thought possible. Even when the carpet dried, the darkest and most notable dirt marks and areas did not re-appear. (As I have experienced in the past with other cleaners.) Also, the rooms had a nice fresh smell, not overpowering and yet not unpleasant as I have also previously experienced from dirty carpets that have been wetted. Jackie was extremely professional and friendly. (Also, she didn’t “judge” me for my obvious carpet neglect!) She communicated appropriately and helped me reschedule when I needed to, kept me informed as the crew left for my location so I could be prepared.

I got the name JP Carpet Care from a NextDoor recommendation, an apartment manager in the area who uses them regularly for cleaning at their apartments. My review echoes hers as well. Jackie made this so much easier than I was prepared for and the outcome exceeded my expectations. I now plan to be more dedicated in keeping my carpets in shape and cleaner with care from JP Carpet Care. (It’s like living in a brand new apartment!) Highly recommend.

Everything went very well. They arrived on time, did exactly what was needed. No problems at all. Jackie is very helpful and seems to really know her business (and it is her business). Roman also seems to know his job very well. Good job, reasonably priced, and very professional.
