Our JMAXX system will work in your home or in your office. It's not magic, it's science. The JMAXX System will extract 90-95% of the water and dirt back out to our trucks leaving your carpets clean, sanitary, and dry in just 1-2 hours. We clean all handmade wool, silk and other natural fiber made rugs.

Absolutely awesome. The carpet felt plush when I walked on it, just like when it was new. I would highly recommend Jem Clean to anyone who has carpet. I have two rambunctious German shepherds and a house full of carpeting. I know, a bad combination, to say the least. I always used home carpet cleaners to try to keep the place presentable, but finally decided to have the carpets cleaned professionally. The first place we tried was Stanley Steamer. They got them clean, but really not much cleaner than our Bissell. Jem Clean was offering a discount, so I tried them the next time.
I noticed the first difference before the crew even arrived. They called to let me know they were on the way. That's just professional as all hell, in my book. The two-man team arrived on time, and not in a little van, either. Jem Clean uses a big box truck, with a monstrous sucking machine inside. I was actually shocked when the crew started cleaning.
I had no idea my carpeting had gotten that dirty. They worked quickly and efficiently, getting the whole house done in about two hours. Everything looked fantastic when they were done. Since that first time, I've used Jem Clean exclusively. Their people are polite and friendly, call when they're on the way, and arrive on time. They even helped me out when my house flooded, not only sucking all the water out, but providing a couple strong, young lads to help tear out the ruined carpeting. Well-run companies with professional staff are hard to find nowadays, but Jem Clean is certainly one of them. Their equipment allows them to do a superior job, but it's their people that really make the difference. Good job, guys.

I have taken 3 valuable Persian rugs to be cleaned and they did a great job. I'm very impressed with how clean the rugs look, the care they take wrapping them up and convenience of having home delivery. I'm getting a 4th small rug soon from an estate and I'll be back to JEM's to get it cleaned. This is clearly the store I trust with our family's heirloom grade Persian rugs. Great prices, too!

In the last 5 years I have rarely encountered a business or service that I felt lived up to their promises and my expectations. JEM CLEAN in Hickory is one of the few exceptions. They did an amazing job and their staff was careful with my home and a pleasure to have in my home. I highly recommend them!
