I had them come clean my carpet a few weeks ago & they skipped a lot of the carpet I already know that my carpet is old but some spots were not even cleaned at all. I just went in my middle room that no one uses & it's filthy no I didn't check behind them because the first time I had them they did a good job but not this time. I guess you get what you pay for Stanley Steamer from or do it myself

Worst cleaning service. I was moving out and asked them to clean a completely furniture free home. They missed the windows, fans and any area that collected dust. I pointed out the problem areas and they came back a few minutes later saying it was done. They lied and pretended to clean the areas. I was quite upset and they said they had done their job. Never trust.
