J & K Cleaning

Over the twenty years I used the services of J & K Cleaners, first with Starbucks, and then with Intelligentsia. I trusted and depended on their crew to improve my competitive edge. I cannot recommend them highly enough because they were always there when I called, sometimes at two in the morning.

What a terrible company. We used them for our resterauant for years and they just got worse and worse. They weren't doing their job and they kept charging us for something that they werent doing. The owner came into my resteraunt and told me that the reason there are black rings on the floor was because our flooring was old. (not that they kept waxing over the same spot withough moving furniture over like they said they would.) Any time I had an issue he made it a point that it wasnt his fault, but it was our fault as an establishment.

He then really tested my patience and told me to find a company that could do what I was requesting of them (which simply was their job that we were paying hundreds of dollars for years.) Guess what. I found 5 companies that said they could get the wax off, clean the floors and put a new coat of wax on. My floors look better then ever and look way better then JK cleaning has ever done!
