Clothes usually come back with a lot of hair/lint. Clothes are often misplaced. I kept giving this place chances because I live minutes away. Employees are rude.

Been very happy over the past two years with this company but have to say the new lady you've hired is horrible. Can't find your clothes can't work the register yells at the customers because she is an idiot. I will be happy to take my $500 a year elsewhere if you don't get rid of her or fix her problem

Have had previous terrible experience but because of location, have gone back to being a regular customer. Most of the time the employees are rude. Have been here early at the posted open time 6:30am and it's not open. Not only that there are times when I have tried to pick up clothes and the doors are locked, no explanation or note. It's very frustrating but due to the location I am stuck with this service. Try to find a different dry cleaner if possible.

Well I decided to give this business a try, despite the previous reviewers' bad experiences. I brought them 3 brand new blouses to be dry cleaned a few weeks ago. When I went to pick them up I inspected them thoroughly and found that one of them was torn and had the imprint of black ink from the tag all over it. The creases were also not done properly.

The woman working the counter was apologetic and said that her supervisor/owner would call me shortly to discuss fixing the blouse or refunding me me for the purchase price. I left my mobile number on my business card with her, but have not received a call. The supervisor/owner must not care about return customers or have any motivation to run an honest business (or provide quality service). I wish I had headed the warnings of the other reviewers. I will never take my clothes to this place again!

Absolutely terrible. Took my sister's soccer jersey to get two patches sewn on and they were supposed to be done be today at 5. Went over there at 5 and my sister went inside while I waited in the car. Came back almost in tears saying the lady was rude and didn't have her jersey ready. I went in to talk to her and politely asked if we could have it done by tomorrow morning since she needs it for her game.

No apology, and she immediately spoke in a rude tone saying "I don't know what to tell you there's nothing I can do." Chances are this was genuinely completely out of the lady's control but she was incredibly rude and made no effort to contact the girl sewing the patches or apologize. Also, I have no respect for businesses who are rude to children.

She should've known this 15-year-old girl was just worried about her jersey and obviously didn't choose to need it to be done tomorrow instead of treating her the way that she did.

I took 9 dress shirts to be laundered and ironed. The service was fast, but I picked them up a couple of days later. I did not have to wear one of the shirts for several days. When I got home, however I put them on wooden hangers so that they would be kept properly in my closet. I went to put one on, and noticed that there was no crease on the shirt sleeves.

I was willing to overlook this, then found that the material around the cuffs was wrinkled, and a button on the cuffs was broken in half. I took that shirt off, and went to put another one on, and the cuffs were wrinkled, and there was a wrinkle right in the middle of the front of the shirt. The more shirts I checked, the more wrinkles I found around the cuffs and at various places on each shirt.

I called this morning and spoke to a nice man that apologized, and asked what I wanted done. I let him know that I would like a refund for these shirts as I now have to have them done again, or do the ironing myself. He stated that he would need to contact the owner and get back to me. I asked him to leave a message since I was at work and might not hear the phone.

He called me back promptly and let me know that the owner was not willing to give me a refund, but would do the shirts again at no charge. The owner also stated that if I wanted creases, I should have asked for them. First of all, why would I let them attempt this again, when they couldn't get it right the first time?!?! Second, it is STANDARD for dress shirts to have creases on the sleeves.

When America was great, business owners attempted to build goodwill with their customers by adhering to the motto "The customer is always right." I work for a company that adheres to that motto to this day. This business owner has one thing in mind, and that is the almighty dollar. As Americans we have allowed these types of businesses to exist. We must stop this and remember that we do not have to pay if the service is not provided IN A WAY THAT SATISFIES US!

If I would have checked the shirts when picking them up (And I should not have to), and refused to pay for them, there would not have been an issue. But when the almighty dollar is now in the owners account there is a different policy?!?! How does this make any sense. I have included some pictures of the shirts, and I will let the public decide if this is good service.

As for myself, I will make it my business to tell everyone I know about my visit to Indy cleaners in Bernalillo. I work with over 800 employees at my job, and our dress code is business. I will tell everyone I know about this and blog about it. Good luck Indy!

I have been going to this dry cleaners for 10 years, bringing in my shirts for laundering every 2 weeks. This last time the exceptionally rude woman Minnie over charged me by over $20 because she insisted that women's shirts cost more than men's even though the women's blouses were laundered, with no starch and were NOT dry cleaned.

She rudely insisted they should cost the same as if they were dry cleaned because they were women's shirts. This was not the case for the past 10 years. Minnie was rude, yelled and didn't understand the issue, even actually saying that I am a woman so my clothes are women's clothes. ( I didn't realize until then that I was a woman.).

I got a call back from another associate who was nicer and said the owner Indy would call me back. She never did. That was a week ago. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and always paid the same price for EXACTLY the same clothes I brought in. I asked Minnie to look up my history of clothes and prices in her computer to confirm I was telling the truth and she refused to do so. They just lost a regular customer of 10 years and I will be sure that word of mouth is given regarding the situation and treatment.

The worst dry cleaner I have ever used. I went here for several months over which time they destroyed the buttons on my shirt cuffs numerous times, stained and scratched the shirts material. The last straw was a white shirt that was I brought back because they stained it during the "cleaning" process and after 5 redos, failed to get the stain out every time.

When I asked the attendant what I should do, I get the response, "I don't know?" (Shrug) I even asked to speak with the manager/owner on several occasions and called the main office, but never received a call back. AVOID!
