Pros: The cleaners were professional. They cleaned my studio fast and the job was great. Cons: The contact person messed up my whole-day schedule. We scheduled my moving-out clean around 9am in the morning. However, the contact person rescheduled it for 11am WITHOUT contacting me in advance, WITHOUT asking me if I would be available during 10am-12pm.

This morning at 9am, I was waiting for the cleaners and they did not show up. I made a call at 9:30am, and the contact person admitted that they changed my schedule and forgot to give me a call. The cleaners did not come until 11:30am because they were assigned to somewhere else. This was a foreseeable change and I was not even informed. Because of this, I had to reschedule/cancel several meetings and in-person appointments at the last minute. This is my last day in Ann Arbor, and you ruined it.

We used Housekeeping Assoc. for regular housekeeping for 2+ years. PROS: Show up as scheduled Friendly and polite Good at vacuuming furniture & wiping down surfaces CONS: Cleaning/scrubbing not included Attention to detail 50% of the time (lacking 50%) Frequent staff changes

This company is good to work for, the owner is professional and helpful and will go above and beyond for her employees. I have seen both the owner and the managers get down and dirty with the rest of the team when needed. Its great to know that no one is above getting their hands dirty and are willing to jump in to help out. The only con I can state is that you don't get full time hours and have to use your own vehicle.

Housekeeping Associates is a trusted and very reliable service. We have trusted them to care for our home for many years and love coming home on cleaning day! They do a great job and take extra care to keep our home looking awesome. They are always responsive to special requests and I started using them also for spring and fall window cleaning!
