What did this amazing company do? The better question is what did they NOT do! I cannot recommend Home Clean Home/HCH enough! My brother and I were just recently saddled with dealing with our mother's 3.5 level hoarded 2 bedroom apartment while being under TREMENDOUS stress dealing with her health and personal issues. After speaking to numerous companies, we decided on Home Clean Home.

Best decision we could have made. The entire team was professional, empathetic, sympathetic, patient, honest, helpful and THOROUGH. After clearing out the hoard, they got things cleaned that I NEVER could have imagined was salvageable. From top to bottom, ceiling to floor, they cleaned EVERYTHING. Nothing was left undone or untouched. This includes an exterminator who came today, and will be coming back two more times to make sure the job is done. Cleaning out a hoard is not easy, nor is it cheap. This was money well spent. If our mom gets to come home, it is clean. It is safe. And that is all thanks to Home Clean Home. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Home Clean Home didn't clean the stove or the dishwasher. They left broken glass and dirt on the floors. They broke half the curtains in my house and now I can't close them. Home Clean Home also left infestations of fleas, lice, and bed bugs in my home. Home Clean Home even stole my substance control medication! I found a bag of clothing that did not belong to me, but my missing medications were in the pockets of all the clothing.

The bottles were empty. The fact that they were substance control medications makes what they did a crime. There was also definitely a jiz stain on one of their sweaters. That Home Clean Home assault review is true. Assault is also a crime.

Be careful with these people. Get a contract in writing detailing *exactly* what they plan to do for their exorbitant prices. "Decluttering" turned out to be taking trash to the recycling room in my building, and "organizing" was randomly stuffing things into the way too many totebags I have, and neatly jamming the bags wherever they fit. After some discussion, they sent one worker to help me fix the matter, and I wish he had been the one to come to my apartment in the beginning to assess the job, because he seemed to understand the meanings of the words "declutter" and "organize", and we got a good bit done.

But there are still a lot of bags that have to pulled back out and sorted through -- an estimated two days work with a professional organizer at about half (per hour) of what Home Clean Home charged me. My fault was in not doing due diligence, and getting some other quotes *before* I agreed to HCH's ridiculous cost.

I am so happy I reached out this cleaning company. After several terrible experiences with other companies, I heard my friend recommend me to home clean home and I am so glad I did. The service was impeccable and the staff and owner was extremely friendly, responsive, and respectful. Thank you so much for my super duper clean home! You guys are the best!

I used HCH for deep cleaning both in my apartment and in my storage units. Alan came to my home and gave me an estimate about which the cleaning team he sent --stuck to-- as closely as possible. He was very nice and professional. The cleaning team was composed of Miguel, Jackie and Ricardo. All of the team members were very helpful and kind. Aside from making my home spotless, they helped give me a lot of extra space in my small apartment. I would definitely call on them in the future, should I need additional assistance.

Calm, fast, thorough and careful, they helped me stay focused and relaxed throughout the process. I will certainly be recommending their services to anyone who needs it!

What can I say, this company is wonderful. Home clean home does everything. What you can't do, they will do it. Alex, Konneh, and Eli did the impossible for me. They are amazing. They clean, sanitized and organized my bathroom and kitchen very well. They threw out everything I didn't need from my bedroom. They clean and organized my room. They threw out my mattress and put a new one I needed.

They did my laundry also. They did everything I couldn't do. Thank you home clean home. You are phenomenal. You made this man very happy. I recommend this company to whoever reads this.

I used this company as a private client. First the pricing is flexible and upfront. Their prices are fair but slightly above market and that why I chose them. I couldn't afford a company to try and cut corners. What an incredible job done by this company. Worth every penny! Nice friendly staff and courteous service. I couldn't believe it was the same house. Highly Recommended.

I had emailed Home Clean Home along with my phone number revealing to them that I had cleaned out my closets and that I had quite a bit of stuff to be hauled away. They called me right away. Next, Alan came over right away too and he gave me an estimate. Then, they came on time on the day that I had asked them to come. And, they were really very fast at removing all of the boxes piled up in my livingroom. And, they even removed a 5x7 rug that I sought to get rid of in diningroom. And, yes I intend to use their services again in the very near future!

Hired to deep clean home of an elderly aunt. Geronimo was fantastic, did a great job and very respectful and courteous. Highly recommend.

I hired Home Clean Home for my cousin last month to get rid of a lot of clutter, do a deep cleaning, and fumigate the apartment. The guys did an amazing job, and they were quite speedy, too! The only reason I'm giving the company four stars rather than five was that it wound up being significantly more money for the job than was originally quoted to us when we had someone over to give us the estimated cost.

The cleaning team of Terrence and Baby from HCH was outstanding! My mother's home needed some deep cleaning, and Terrence and Baby did an amazing job! They made sure they cleaned every nook and cranny from top to bottom. They removed all dust, dirt, grease and garbage, and they use the best smelling products, the whole house smells refreshing! They did a fantastic job! My mother will cry tears of joy when she see how clean her home is. Thank you so much Terrence and Baby, great job!

Home Clean Home cleared out 28 years of accumulation in a 2 bedroom apartment in 5 days (they basically made the impossible a reality). Most importantly, they did this without judgment and while making my mom and I smile and laugh through the uncomfortable process. I have to write this review directly to Home Clean Home so they know just how much their services helped my family.

To Eric and Home Clean Home: You guys were absolutely AMAZING! You have no idea how much your work means to us, you gave my mother a brand new life! I have had mostly great experiences with this agency. and I have used a few. My current housekeeper/Nanny is from here and am mostly happy with the quality of work. I have used them a number of times and most often, they will find me what I am looking for. They work with your budget, but will also tell you like it is. ie youll get what you pay for. and they have been right about that as well.
