I started Hilbrands Carpet Care in Temecula in 1992 and it grew in the early 2000's when property's were getting repossessed and Realty firms were doing heavy resale's of severely damaged properties. We enlarged to include all in one cleaning and restoring of residential homes when some firms asked if I would do this for them as well.

I have now used Hillbrands twice to clean my carpets, and they just do a really excellent job. John is totally upfront about costs (so no surprises), his prices are really reasonable, and he goes the extra mile to get stains out. He's really responsive and sent me a text the day before to remind me of our appointment; he was on time (to the minute!); and he was very efficient.
I can't say enough good things about this company. My carpet looks like new (and I have two young kids who get marker, crayon, slime, etc. in the carpet and two large dogs who track in mud)! I will definitely use Hillbrands in the future.

We had our carpet cleaned and a small repair done on our family room carpet. Our carpet looks fantastic and the repaired piece blends in well with the existing carpet. Our carpet was so dirty, we were worried the new piece of carpet would stand out too much and make it look worse. But John used his talents and not only made the repair look great, but the carpet was so clean it blended right in and you cannot tell there is a different piece there!
We would definitely use his services again! His prices were already good, but when he got to our home and realized it was a smaller job than he had thought, he actually lowered the quote he had given us over the phone! I had my carpets and area rug cleaned yesterday. I am so pleased how they all turned out. We have 5 kids and 2 dogs but you couldn't tell by how good the carpets turned out. I'm looking forward to having my upstairs done next. I will definitely only be using them to clean my carpets from now on. I used a couple of other companies and was so disappointed in their service. John is extremely punctual. He listens to my concerns and takes extra care in the areas I am concerned with. He has had to piece in a new square of carpet where ink toner was spilled and you can't see where it was done - even matching the pile design. John's prices are extremely reasonable and I always feel I have gotten a "good deal". I have used Hilbrands Carpet Care for many, many years.

The owner John arrived on time with his son. I had my stairs, Hall landing, my bedroom and my family room cleaned. I cant say enough how professional and friendly they both were. My carpets needed major help as I had a puppy that had left stains in many places. John went around with a special light that showed the stains and he treated them. My carpets now look new, smell great and stains gone.
I am so happy with the results. I highly recommend Hilbrands and I put his number in my phone and will be calling him again to come back in the future. If you really want a great job done John is the go to man no question. Thanks John I'm so happy

We just recently did our house with Hilbrands and were very pleased. We had thought to use our neighbors guy and he gave such a high price I was shocked. I called and talked to John, and for the price of the other company's carpet only quote we not only got all our carpet but also all our tile over 750 sq feet of tile cleaned. It all came out so perfect.
I have never seen our grout look so new. I have nothing but compliments for them. They arrived on time, Were careful, and stuck to their price which was better by far then the other sketchy company my neighbor uses.
