Didn't know they farmed out the clothes. Weren't ready when they were promised. Used to old time Dry Cleaner where everything was done on site.

Way over priced and when you call to get assistance with your garment over the phone no one knows what's going on. I talked to three separate people, none of which had conveyed the message to the next so I had to explain myself three times in one phone conversation. Never returning. Dont trust them with your garments.

Called and inquired about having my fiance jacket sleeves hemmed before the wedding. The jacket is from an online store, which recommended having the sleeves tacked without cutting the length of the jacket sleeves. Called this placed and asked if they did this because their website said they did alterations. The woman on the phone said they don't do alterations and then also said it is sent off to a seamstress.

Also said it would take 7-10 business days for it to be done. Then referred me to a tailor to get it done. I don't know - but maybe don't advertise that you do a service but send it off to someone else. Also 7-10 days seems like a long time to put simple stitching to keep the sleeves from falling felt like the woman was just trying to get me off the phone.

This dry cleaner has been around for a long time and does quality work. They are more expensive than other local cleaners, but in my experience you get what you pay for here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the services are superb. The only drawback is the price.

Went to pick up my shirts & the price of shirts being laundered went up by over 20% since last months visit. I asked why the increase and the owner told me because they are larger shirts. I asked when that policy took effect he told me 18 months ago but it just caught up to me. Ironically after last months shirts had to be redone. Also convenient there is no pricing in their lobby. What a scam. Stay away from this cleaner!,

It took them ten days and $67 for them to hem four pairs of pants. Most places charge half as much and do it in half the time. Also they said they would call me when my pants were ready to be picked up, which they did about an hour after I went in on my own and got them. One good thing I can say is that the pants seem to fit correctly which is why I am giving them one star instead of zero. I would not recommend this place nor will I be going back.

If I could I would not give them any stars, but I can't post my review without clicking on a star, So that's misleading already. I dropped off two uniforms on Monday, and asked that the uniforms be cleaned, pressed, and starched. I also asked that the when pressing the shirts, they would follow the creases already in the sleeves matching the patches, which come down to a point and that is where the crease meets the patch.

I was assured that this would be done. I as also charged 15% extra for a rush on the job. (I get That) I needed them on Wednesday as I was going be honored at my job at 8AM Thursday morning and I wanted my uniforms to look great. What I got was three out of four sleeves misaligned, and, what happened to the starch. I thought the prices were high but figured for that kind of money, I would have first rate work.

Not so. I took two pair of pants in to them last spring to be hemmed. They came back at the wrong length. I should have learned my lesson then, (And took them to a tailor to have the hem fixed) Bottom line. I will most likely NOT use there services in the future, nor will I ever recommend them to any friends. I live in the neighborhood, and thought, because they are close It would be convenient. (Won't make that mistake again either.

I had my wedding dress "stored" in a black garbage bag for nearly four years before Heider Cleaners took great care in preserving it. It's back to its original beautiful form. I'm so glad that I had it restored so perfectly thanks to this company.
