I've been a customer for 11 years and I recommend this service. The team that does my house is reliable, punctual, and thorough. I don't feel like I have to "clean my house up" of all the clutter before they arrive- the team does a great job working around the loose children's toys, bathroom counter clutter, and general state of chaos in the kitchen. Everything is very clean when they leave, regardless of how bad it was when they started.

I can't speak for cost effectiveness, but I have been using them for years now and they have always communicated well with me regarding cleaning times and been reliable in cleaning the house.

We used Heavenly Maids before Covid and decided to stop our bi-weekly service temporarily. Yesterday we had them come back to clean. Our home is neat and organized, but there is no way I can keep it up to my standard of cleanliness at 66. We were so pleased to come home to a sparkling, clean house. They cleaned everything in sight. Our chandelier sparkled, the baseboards, bathrooms, crown moulding look beautiful. We are looking forward to our bi-weekly cleaning. More time for reading, lunches out, walking the dogs, and enjoying life.

I was shopping around for a company for a move out cleaning. When I called Heavenly Maids, they were super nice and professional over the phone. They are upfront and open about everything. When they showed up, the maids were extremely nice and did an amazing job. I highly recommend!

I highly refer this company to everyone! Very Clean, on time, quite smooth work, it's very important know especially when everyone works from home, flexible of changing the routine in case you need that, nice and friendly staff, get the instructions you give them and they always have a team ready with someone knows your house and the cleaning routine. Fully reliable. The house looks spotless after cleaning.

I've been with Heavenly Maids for about 3 years. Since they changed their management about 2 years ago, their service and responsiveness, particularly the customer-facing tasks, have been amazing. Due to work requirements, I often need to change my appointment time and they have been very flexible and understanding. In terms of cleaning quality, I would say they are top notch.

Not only do they use environmentally conscious cleaning products, but they pay great attention to details, such as kitchen skins, the fridge, as well as the corners of the windows. Finally, please do know that since these crews, though professional, they don't live in your house. Thus there is usually a learning curve for the team/service to know your special needs and demands.

Do communicate with them. They have one file for each house noting all of your preferences and little quarks. Be patient with them and work with them. Oh, one last thing, I appreciate this company very much also because they care about their employees. The ladies work there has excellent benefits and the company is bonded and approved. Overall, a legitimate, responsive, and very professional cleaning agency. Five stars!

Just had our first cleaning from Heavenly Maids and it was wonderful! My husband is really particular when it comes to house cleaning and we've been through multiple cleaners. This is the first cleaning where he was genuinely impressed. They are super considerate, and they're customer service is stellar. We look forward to working with them on a recurring basis.

I chose Heavenly maids to clean the home we just purchased. We have an extremely positive experience from the team working in the office and the staff assigned to our home. First, the office staff was extremely responsive and accommodating. Steve and Vere were so pleasant to work with and did all they could to ensure a great experience from being very detailed about the process to calling before our cleaning to let us know the crew was on the way and calling after to make sure we were satisfied.

Great job! We had a crew of 3 cleaners. They were very kind when they arrived and you could see they meant business. It took them just about 3 hours to clean our 1400 sq ft home (carpeted, with a garage and backyard). The second we walked back into the home, it smelled amazing! I am extremely particular about the restrooms and boy, they nailed it!

They got every nook and crevice that is hard to get. Needless to say, they rocked the house. It was spotless! They even did a number on the garage. We couldn't be happier with the service we received. Some reviews here addressed the price, in my opinion it is more than fair for the level of service you receive. Remember you get what you pay for, and if you want to save money with a team who cuts corners or gives anything less than 100%, look elsewhere.

We been using Heavenly Maids since moving to the bay area and have been really happy with them. They go out of their way to make sure that you are satisfied with their work. They have also cleaned our windows and solar panels. Dependable, professional, and good communication.

I wanted to take a minute to write about this wonderful cleaning service! I have been super amazed by the job they do every few weeks! It's so wonderful to have a clean house! Honestly, even though I am really impressed with the cleaning itself, I have to say the customer service is superior! I feel very confident than any issue I have will be taken care of promptly and courteously!

If I need to reschedule I never feel like it's an issue. If I have a request it is handled immediately and efficiently! If I email I never have to wait for an answer for multiple days! It's truly a well run company and a great cleaning service! I highly recommend!

I am a real estate agent and have used Heavenly Maids for after remodel cleanings, pre-listing cleanings, and post-move out cleanings. They do a great job. I have also used them in the past for recurring service for my personal home and they always showed up on time and did an excellent job.

Don't use this company. Their team damaged my master en-suite faucet and they take no ownership. I've been told the claim will go through insurance, but it's been almost a month and no resolution yet. Kathleen, the manager is rude and just throws the blame on her clients and definitely does not take accountability for her team.

Heavenly Maids has been my cleaning service for about 5 years. I took a break from them for a couple of years since I had the time to do it myself. But my weekly schedule became really busy so I called them to help me out with my kitchen, my bathrooms, and vacuuming and mopping the hardwood floors throughout the house. Leticia and Lilliana are the sweet, hard-working ladies who came to work on my house.

They were perfectly on time and they worked diligently to help me clean. Being that it was their first time back, they put a little extra time in to the house and I was so happy when they left. I look forward to having them come back every 2 weeks.

I've been a customer for more than 10 years and I recommend their service. The team that does my house is reliable, punctual, and thorough. The team is also willing to make accomodations for using special wood floor cleaners and leather cleaners for my sofas. I always looked forward for cleaning every other week. Recently, I also started using their air duct cleaning, gutter cleaning and solar panel cleaning service.

The gentleman gave me the quotes and explained to me what will be done. I contacted the office and accepted the quotes. The work were done and I was quite happy with the results. I never had to worry about the crews will be sick. If they are late, I can always contact the office and find out the location of the crew. If I had any issues, it will be resolved quickly. They might not be the cheapest cleaning company but they did treat their employees well with benefits.

Heavenly Maids has been our service providers for at least 3 years now, both for our home and our business, and I can say without a doubt that they are a very professional and reliable company. I highly recommend them! From time to time we have small things we complain about but the issues are quickly resolved. We love our maids and hope to continue working with them for years to come!

We are very happy with Heavenly. Everything is always thoroughly cleaned and our home is in tip-top shape when we get home. It seems like they are always trying to go above and beyond. Thanks for the great job!

I have been using their services for the past four years, once a month. The cleaning is really good. Sometimes they do forget things to clean, but you have the option of calling it in within 48 hours, and they will fix it. Overall, I am much happier with a company rather than a private service. They come with two or three people, which makes the cleaning time shorter.

I have a large home with animals, and I am picky. Another thing is that they can be trusted. I would give 5 stars if they would not forget things to clean, and if the team was more or less the same. Saves you some explaining.

I do not know if they do a good job cleaning, they never showed up at my place. I've had cleaners come over to my home for 10 years and I am very familiar with what it takes to run a small business. I booked their service because I am new to the area. Unfortunately, I won't be doing business with them. I scheduled a 10:30am cleaning 2 weeks in advance and when I called in at 11am to check where the cleaners were, I was told that they would be in "anytime between 11am and noon".

I had to leave for an appointment that day and couldn't wait for them any longer. I have a tight schedule most days (hence why I hire cleaners) so having people 30mins-1.5 hours late is not acceptable to me. Specially if I scheduled something 2 weeks in advance. I understand life happens, but they could put more effort into making their newer customers happy. They are charging me a $45 USD fee for cancelling the service. I hope they use it to improve their scheduling system :)

I had Heavenly Maids come in for a one time cleaning. We've lived here for 4 years with small kids and the house was pretty grimy. Two cleaners came in and scrubbed for 4 hours. They were kind, polite, and did an amazing job. My house is sparkling today! I'll definitely be looking into having them in on a regular basis to keep it like this.

This was my first experience having my house cleaned by a professional cleaning service and while I was pretty happy with most of the results, there were a few issues that I just can't let go of. First of all, I'll start out by admitting that my house was pretty dirty (mind you, we've only lived here for 8 months so we're not talking filthy dirty, just desperately in need of a spring cleaning dirty).

I could go into the full version, but I'll spare all of the details. Basically, our phone estimate was for 2-3 hours and $35 a person. It ended up being 3 cleaners for almost 4 hours, equalling just about $400! Wow! Not what I was expecting. Even worse than the shocking price was the fact that we came home to floors that weren't even mopped.

I called and they said they'd send the crew back at 5:00. By 5:30, no one was here. We called again. Apparently they were caught up at another house so we rescheduled for the next day. They showed up and mopped the kitchen. Looks fine. Inconvenient to make time for the to return. Since then, I noticedthat our hardwood floors in the living room & family room weren't mopped either. Im kind of confused what took them 4 hours to clean if those major areas weren't even done. (Plus, they cleaned areas I specifically told them not to waste time on).

I received a call a few days later from the company to check on things and I told him about my disappointment. He was a little argumentative and said they could send someone out again, but honestly, I'm not willing to take more time out from my life to deal with it. I swiffered the floors myself. With their stiff estimate for regular cleanings and the experience with our first time, I won't be using them again.
