I have really enjoyed working with Hearthside Chimney Sweep in the last three years. I trust them and they do a great job. Matt is an awesome guy who really cares about doing a job well-done. If you have a wood-burning stove, I would highly recommend using them on an annual basis.

I made an appointment weeks in advance. The DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT and after the appointment time they called and canceled. They then offered me an appointment in another three weeks. I'm most appalled by the lack of concern for the customer. Most people have to take off work to be at home mid-day and not a offer of apology was made, nor did they try to find another appointment when I told them that would work. I called another company and made an appointment.
