Our beginnings date back to 1986, when we served the greater Charlotte County area with carpet cleaning and floor services. As our company and expertise grew, we entered the world of home restoration. We worked diligently, and gained mastery in water, fire, and mold damage. As we continued to serve clientele affected by these types of damage, they would ask us, "Can't we just do it all with you?, we love working with you."

They are a professional team that works well together. As they moved around the house they both took great care of my property, covering up what was necessary keeping it clean from debris. We've used Happy Home Services of Port Charlotte over the years for many renovations. Over the years, Happy Homes has re-tiled my entire unit, renovated my kitchen, installed cabinets, countertops, bathroom fixtures, etc. They have always used the best local contractors and have done excellent work. As a Snow Bird, it is difficult for me to find the best local contractor for any specific job and then to successfully manage appointments or call backs.
I've had bad experiences just trying to get auto repairs and then being unsatisfied, with no recourse and feeling like I was seen as an ATM. It's too bad Happy Homes doesn't do Auto Repairs also. A couple of years ago I had 20 cabinet doors installed, by Happy Homes, for a reasonable cost. Recently the coating on some of the doors began to become unglued at the edges.
I notified John Malcom at Happy Homes and after inspection he sent the Cabinet Contractor out yesterday and replaced all the doors. Needless to say, I am MORE THAN PLEASED. Happy Homes stands behind their work and only uses the most reliable local contractors for their jobs. My recommendation: If You need work done - Call Happy Homes! Thank You

I have had Happy Homes do all of my flooring over the past several years. They have installed new carpeting and hardwood flooring, along with removing tile and extending the previously purchased hardwood into that area. I have also purchased backsplash tile from them. They have always done a great job and love the end results. Thank you! Great to work with and very honest!

We had water intrusion in the walls of our shower and the wood was rotting with mildew. Happy Home tore down the old shower and built a new one. They also took several measures to make sure the water intrusion didn't occur again. John and the whole team were very professional and timely. The workers always showed up on schedule. Work was completed on time. Excellent company and will definitely be using them again for any future needs.

Happy Home has been great to deal with! I utilized oxiclean on my brand new carpet and it created a yellow spot on my carpet. They came out to look at it for free and they also cleaned my carpets for free to see if the stain would come out! I cannot say enough good things about Chuck and John! Thank you!

I recently had a very large rug cleaned from Happy Homes. If you have pets I'm sure you can understand the stench they leave. Happy Homes was able to not only clean the rug in a very time efficient manner, they were able to pick up and deliver the rug, delivered great pricing, and the best customer service I have seen. This is my second time using Happy Homes, and will continue to use for any home projects/needs. Thank you again!

Wonderful company to work with. Love the show room. Plenty of choices. 3 years ago we had Happy Home Services replace carpeting with tile throughout the main living areas of our home. They did such an outstanding job, that we had them come out recently to do the same for our in home office. Their staff was dependable, knowledgeable, and on time. Would do business again in a heartbeat!
