Hanneck Cleaners & Shirt Laundry

DO NOT, under any circumstances, do business with this establishment. After taking a silk garment to them to have a watermark resolved, it was returned to me with discoloration in random spots along the low neckline. These discolored spots were not on the garment when I left it at Hanneck Dry Cleaners and this damage occurred while in their possession.

They also did not disclose the damage when I picked up my item. Fortunately, I looked at it before leaving the premises. Upon attempting to resolve the issue, they refused to fix the garment and also refused to reimburse me for the item that they damaged. The hostile experience that I encountered with one of the employees, Dusty, was unacceptable, offensive and unprofessional.

If you experience damage from their chemical process or expect their diligence in handling your item with care, you likely will experience their unwillingness to be accountable. It is also unlikely that they will have any intention of correcting the situation and making you whole. Simply stated, this is a dry cleaning establishment that should not be relied upon to provide honesty or ethical and appropriate business practices to their consumer.

A local cleaner on 6th. The service was okay and the cleaning was okay but the prices are off the charts. I used them once and never went back. They are about 50% pricier than the smaller neighborhood cleaners.

About 20 years ago, my automobile got stranded & I got rescued by the owner of Hanneck Cleaners (little did I know)! This gentleman took me all of the way home (Aurora) & I vowed to not only take my dry cleaning to them as a token of my appreciation -& have for 20 yrs now. Their reputation that they can get red wine out of white outfit is so true! I have even had a sweater that they were able to re-weave. Thanks for being so phenomenal from dry cleaning a blouse to my bedspreads! You are a Mile High Treasure!

Did a marginal job but rediculously over priced. One shirt laundered was $15 dollars! Wish they had mentioned something ahead of time! Wasn't even over night! 5 day turn around time. Never go here, the quality is not worth $15.

A tailor recommended this as the place they use. It's the only high quality cleaners in Denver. If you're a serious professional, and want it to look right all the time, this is your only option. I've been going here for 20 years and never had torn, stained, oddly pressed, or missing button. In fact, they replace any missing buttons.

Way overpriced. Took in three ties to get cleaned. Two had small stains which I pointed out. When I picked them up the stains were still there. They cleaned the ties a second time and were able to get rid of the stains, but total charge was around $30. $10 a tie? The ties didn't cost that much new.

I've been using Hanneck Cleaners for years and have always appreciated the wonderful work that they do. I recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaner.

If I hired someone to build a fence, and they came back a week later and said, "I cant build a fence, " then demanded money, it'd be considered theft. At Hanneck, it is apparently considered business, because, "hey, they tried." There is another dry cleaner two blocks down 6th. Go there, you'll thank me. And the difference in cost will likely buy you lunch.

I took about 5 shirts in on the 11th of October. After 3 weeks of trying to get money back from them damaging my shirts I get refused out right. I got told I obviously ran into something which caused a rip on the left chest area of one of my shirts. Only problem is, two of the shirts are ripped in the exact same way, so in there theory, I ran into something with one shirt, then put the other one on and did it again!.

The service is terrible here, the quality is poor, and if you have any problems at all, expect to be spoken down to and refused damage compensation. In other words, DO NOT GO HERE, there are much better places around town

Amazing customer service! Everyone went up and beyond to make my bridesmaid dress look new for a holiday party. Thanks Hanneck!

Took two dress shirts in, one they shrunk so small I can't wear it any longer and the other they pressed with the collar stays in so now there's a molded "bas relief" of the stays on each collar. Can't wear either one. My wife also took in clothing on multiple occasions resulting in missing sequins on a dress and missing buttons on coats. This place is only one block from our house but we won't be taking our clothes there any longer.

Had a queen size duvet cover cleaned. The zipper was damaged by accident. Hanneck repaired the same day. All personal were helpful and polite.

Good services, super expensive prices. I took 3 dress shirts in to be pressed and didn't expect it to be more than $10-$15 total. I was shocked when the bill was $40. I wish I would have read the reviews on here prior to taking my shirts to them.
