DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could give them a 0 rating I would. I didn't ask for part of my money back, I wanted it all back. Your team was not professional and just missed so many things. And it's your fault for not giving the team enough time to clean. I mean simple dusting wasn't even done. And I didn't agree with a parcel refund, I wanted my full amount back.
You don't deserve to call yourself professional cleaners. It obvious you don't train your people and that you don't care about clients. I'm not the only one that gave you a bad review. Shame on you for calling yourself professional. Your anything but that. PLEASE DONT USE THEM, THEY JUST WANT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. And I found a great team that do a great job everytime cleaning my house. Their light years ahead of what you offer. If I was you, I'd go into maybe just cleaning up your ship and fix your problems then ripping people off.

This company is a joke. You have to pay extra for a deep cleaning. I paid $180 and didn't even get a regular cleaning. And Janet omg what a mess. So many things we not cleaned or dusted. I had a list of things they missed and she would not send anyone to come fix what was missed. So I paid $180 had all these things not done and I'm the one dropped and still with a dirty house that I paid extra to get clean.
No refund or offer to correct the problem. They do bad business. I should have got what I paid for or a refund. They talk a good game but fall short when it come down to business. I've been in the service industry for 30 years and this company has no clue how to opperate an effective and reputable business. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY WILL STILL YOUR MONEY.

I called and after talking to the owner, thought I was going to receive good service. The owner was good about setting up the appointment and returning calls at first but haven't heard from her since. I was so disappointed with the services I received. My floors were not mopped, and there was visible dust on my hard wood tile under my furniture, which means they didn't even sweep or dust mop.
Glass surfaces had streaks and overall, the house was not cleaned at a professional level. I took pictures and called the owner to let her know that she did not follow through on her end of the deal. That was 3 days ago, and I still have not gotten a call back.

Handmaids has been cleaning my home for several years. They show up on time for their scheduled appointment. They have never cancelled or been a no show. I am very comfortable with the same crew that has cleaned my house every 2 wks. They keep my home sparkling clean. If there is something extra I need done, I just leave a note or call the office. I am very happy with my cleaning service.
