Austin Robishaw was a great project manager! He came right out, assessed what was needed, stayed in contact, and made sure we were more than satisfied with the results! Austin handled the contacts with insurance company, and all the paperwork needed to get a fair estimate. His team did an incredible job! Drywall repair, flawless painting, and everything needed to repair the water damage.

Austin Robishaw was fantastic to work with, he went above and beyond my expectations and provided me with excellent customer service. I am very satisfied with the quality of work that was performed on my home along with the turnaround time and professionalism that was provided. Everything was done exceptionally and explained to me every step of the way without delay.

They were great on the restoration side. Fast service, great communication. But once we signed a contract for the remodel, it has been 3 months of radio silence. We have left messages and emails and no one gets back to us. If you need restoration I highly recommend, but avoid at all costs for them to fix it after they're done with the restoration aspect.

I called Hammer Restoration at 3 am for water in our plant and Maria picked up immediately. Joe the owner was on site by 4 am and his multiple crew was there and working on the problem by 6 am. They had the water cleaned up in less than four hours and we were running production while they cleaned. We only lost a few valuable hours and loss was minimal thanks to their quick response. Excellent response, service and professionalism.

We used Hammer after soot and smoke damage throughout our whole house from a furnace accident. Our Project Manager, Maria, and staff were quick, efficient, and organized. They were wonderful to work with and kept us informed every step of the way. Would highly recommend them.
