Mike is amazing has the best pleasant smile and customer service. He comes and gets the job done. He cleaned our carpet, cleaned our couch and also steam cleaned our tile that we had just had installed and the tile was just full of cement residue. Mike got it done and it looked so good after he was done! Kennedy is so sweet on the phone. All I can say is good things about this company. We will always use this company!

With 3 kids & a husky, our couches were long overdue for a deep clean. My couches look great! Michael was on time which is a plus. He got the work done in a timely manner and was very professional. It was a super simple process from booking the appointment, until the very end! Will be using again soon for rugs and other things!

I talked to Kennedy about cleaning an antique couch and chair that hadn't been cleaned probably in decades. She said that it would be a wet process and that water and a special soap that they use would be used. I wasn't sure if the delicate embroidery would stand up to the process. Michael Alcaraz came out and said that he would first test the cleaning on one section.

It seemed to stand up to the cleaning so he did all the couch and chair. He was very thorough in the process. The couch and chair both looks great and there is an ocean of difference after he was done. Michael was friendly, smiling and very professional. My grateful thanks to Michael for restoring the couch and chair to beauty again. I would love to work with him again.

This service was high quality. They used different tools than just spray and vacuum. They had a scrubber and used tools to find the animal spots and address them. Quick, quality, and great price.

I have to admit, I waited a few years too long to get my carpet cleaned. That being said, Greg's carpet cleaning came out and made my old tired dirty carpet look and smell absolutely fantastic. Moses showed up on time, explained the process, gave me an estimate, and went right to work. My carpet had some issues in the high traffic areas, but when Moses was finished, all the dirt and dark stains were gone, and the carpet fibers had been refreshed. I'll be calling them again next year!

My carpet in my living room is only 3 months old and already I had 4 big noticeable circles from my pets. Mikey and Kennedy cleaned the entire floor and it looks brand new again. No circles visible at all. I also had them clean my bedroom floor which has never been professionally cleaned in 16 years. Needless to say it was matted down and very dirty. For a very affordable price and a top-notch job, Greg's carpet cleaning came through! I thought the carpets were generally clean because we just moved into our new house, but Mike the manager showed us all the gunk and hair that he was able to pull out. They really do some deep cleaning. On a human level Mike was a pleasure to talk to. Anytime I need my carpets cleaned I will without a doubt go to Greg's carpet cleaning.

This was my first time using this company and I was very impressed. Mike took his time and wasn't in a rush and did a good job. My daughters room had spots that I thought wouldn't come out and he took the extra time to get them out. Carpet looks and smells great. As a Yelp Elite Squad reviewer you can rely on the fact that when I give 5 stars I do not give them lightly. Greg's Carpet Cleaning is not only the best carpet cleaning in Big Bear, they are the best we have ever used! So you are lucky you live in, or have a cabin in Big Bear like us. Also, be advised that many carpet cleaners will charge a minimum of $300.00 no matter how small the job.

Not so with Greg's. They charge for the square footage, so we saved big on those other companies. My wife and I have used Greg's at least three times over the last four years we have owned our cabin. This time we were afraid we would have to use another company because Greg's was booked during the window we needed them. They said they would notify us of any cancellations, and we were relieved when they called to let us know they could fit us in while we were up here.

Earlier post was 2 stars because I didn't think the job was what I expected. Mike, the owner, changed that to 5 stars. He read the review and contacted me and asked me to allow him to make it right. They showed up a little early, which was no fuss for me! I left with my babies but the guy that cleaned today was very nice ask asked my son if he wanted to "help" he was kidding. But my son enjoyed it. My carpets look amazing. And let me tell you how dirty they were. 3 years of walking all over and 2 kids spilling things. Looks amazing, quick service!

Greg's Carpet cleaners has gone above and beyond for us! we moved into a new home without actually having seen it in person (crazy yes maybe) however the wonderful people at Greg's Carpet Cleaning found time in there very very busy schedule to fit us in last minute in order to get the carpets cleaned before the movers came! I was diagnosed with breast cancer last year and am still very sensitive to so many things.

They sent me an ingredient list to ensure Myself and our animals wouldn't have any adverse reactions to the products! They have also checked back with me since to ensure the quality of they work! We would use them again and again if we had too! Thank you Greg's Carpet cleaners! Your GREAT!

We recently hired Gregs Carpet Cleaning at the Pines Tavern on the Lake.imagine the foot traffic we get with that view. I have used them for my residence many times in the past years and was completely satisfied. They always brought old carpet with pet problems back to life. I felt the commercial carpet at the Pines could have looked better than it did after Greg's cleaned it.

No problem.they were back the next week with stronger decreasing enzymes and stronger spot cleaner to make sure that we were satisfied with their customer service. After the initial cleaning carpet was obviously wet and I didn't see the end result till it was dry the next day. The place looks amazing. BTW.Gregs does not use a soap product. I didn't think my dining room chairs were salvageable and were going to need to be reupholstered - but they seriously look brand new, I cannot believe they're the same chairs! I didn't take before pictures, but it's a vacation rental, so you can imagine. (ugh gross). The couch looks brand new and it's a fawn color twill. Additionally, they're friendly, polite, on time, and reliable. 10/10 :)
