Hired for move in cleaning, got 2 cleaning people for 4 hours of cleaning a completely empty, not yet moved into house. Other than vacuuming and floor cleaning, we are not exactly sure what was done. Cabinets weren't wiped out, sinks were left dirty and many vents still had dust on them! We are VERY displeased as we spent $400 for this and received subpar service.
Full disclosure, we priced several other cleaning services for move in service and Gitana's were 1 of the cheapest. Glad we didn't pay more but maybe it would make a difference?!? We figured cabinets, counters, floors, and vents would be spotless after 2 people spent 4 hours cleaning a fairly already clean, completely empty house!

I typically don't do this but I feel the need to review this business. I hired Gitana's after reading many positive reviews. We have been renovating a home for the past 3 months and prior to that it hadn't been lived in/cleaned for many years from previous owners. On Gitana's website they had a special cleaning service listed for this exact purpose.
On day of cleaning my lady didn't show. I was contacted 45 mins later and was told she had a family emergency. I was very understanding of this. I was told two ladies would be arriving at noon. Well, I waited around and they didn't show until 1pm. I live 45 mins from this house and have a newborn and was at the house at 8:30am as requested. I had a day full of appointments and errands that had to get moved (still pretty understanding). Well, I arrived back at the house later in the evening and was SO disappointed in the job received.
I set this up to be done two days before move in. After arriving home I had to move the move in date so my husband and I could clean our house. They didn't wipe windows, sink faucets, mop floors, dust, the list goes on. They attempted to wipe down built in bookcase but there was one single box on it. Instead of moving it they went around it. Very disappointed.
In reaching out I was told it was pretty intense cleaning. This is precisely why I booked the move-in/renovation cleaning. My house fit this description perfectly. Attached are pictures.

Called Gitana's for a move-in deep cleaning. they were extremely accommodating and immediately put me on the schedule. They showed up on time and did an incredible job. they are very organized and are in contact with you via text all the time. I'm highly satisfied and truly recommend them. looking forward to the next time they come.

Gitano's Cleaning Service if fantastic. They are so professional and thorough. I really enjoy coming home to my house once it is cleaned. They assign the same person to your house each week so they can get to know your home and the needs of what you want accomplished. Lana comes to my home and she is fabulous. Highly recommend this cleaning service if you live in Bucks County or surrounding area.

They did a very nice job cleaning. Very respectful with our personal belongings and cleaning product requests. Very very reasonably priced for a one time clean. I recommend them if you are looking for a basic house cleaning. They don't make beds or fold your toilet paper into rosettes but they also cost about 30% less than other services. Thank you.

The cleaning service in my home was OK but I doubt this was a deep clean service I was told I would receive. I have all hard wood floors and I asked my cleaning person to use a dust mop under sofas and beds, which was not used because there was still dust under the furniture. I would give them another chance to see if they provide better service. Matthew

This is the best housecleaning service I've had. and I've had a few. Gitana's employees are professional, punctual, and clean the house beautifully. I have had the same lovely woman since I began the service three years ago. I love the consistency. When my house cleaner has vacation, Gitana notifies me with who the replacement is and when to expect my regular person back. Gitana runs a very professional cleaning business. I would highly recommend her service.

Wonderful company and they provided the best clean "deep clean" on my renovated home. As a result, I've hired Gitana's Cleaning Service to regularly clean my home. They cleaned every nook-n-cranny, appliances shined, my floors sparkled and had several people comment on how great the house smelled/looked. Can't say enough good things!
