INCREDIBLE BAD! I can't tell you more than that. I requested their services for my house after remodeling. They showed up with a few cleaning supplies and just a couple of microfiber cloths for a "deep cleaning". When they finished, my husband had to tell them to do so many obvious things, and they did it so badly! I'm extremely disappointed and I will never recommend their services. Please go to a different and more reputable company.

I've used his guys for over 20 years at least 75 times they are professional efficient they do the job right there clean their Covid compliant there on time and they do get the job done always no matter what the task no matter what the range for your home for your office for your business for a commercial facility at a price that is totally fair, go get my maintenance 100%!

We have just come off a very challenging service experience with GAMAX Maintenance Services. We are a small, 5 unit condo building in West Hollywood and had contracted GAMAX to provide monthly cleaning services. We started off on the right foot- a thorough walk through of the building and documentation of services to be performed to a set monthly schedule.

The first few visits went well and the crew did a great job. Unfortunately, the high service standards quickly diminished. GAMAX no longer kept a set schedule and billed for services that were never performed (for an entire month). The billing/administrative team was dismissive at best and acted as a gate keeper to speak to someone in management. While we have cameras proving serves were never rendered on multiple occasions, they continued to assert they were onsite.

I finally discussed our concerns with a manager who assured me billing/invoices would be reissued with the appropriate credits (3 visits never performed), we re-established the cleaning schedule and I gave the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, billing and credit due was never address and the terrible service continued. The last visit (off schedule) addressed perhaps 10% of the contractual obligation and cleaning agenda. I've wasted hours and hours trying to address service expectations, billing issues and missed appointments. Management/William will discuss a great offering, but the organization does not deliver on many fronts.

I have a newly constructed home that needed a thorough cleaning before staging and putting it on the market. There was a lot of paint drips, glue spills and general construction garbage. The Gamax crew was fantastic, they put up with my picky demands and knew how to tackle some tough cleaning problems. They had a great attitude. Can't recommend them enough.

Gamax rocks! William showed up (he's gorgeous so put make up on! -haha) with his crew and made the place spotless! He really knows what he is doing! I'm so happy with Gamax and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Our company has been using Gamax Maintenance for years now and we are extremely satisfied with their professionalism and quick response. They have been able to schedule with very short notice, take care of everything they possibly can. Very reasonably priced and do a very good job. Highly recommended!

This company is amazing, they cleaned and maintained areas we didn't realize needed it. Our son has a very bad allergy problem so deep cleaning was necessary, i.e. air conditioning units etc. Five stars aren't enough, we will always use them. so happy. liz and steve

I hired these guys for a post construction clean up. I needed them to do a very detailed cleaning after our new construction project was complete. At the end of the day I walked through and there were mistakes, stains and dirt everywhere. I would not recommend these guys if you need a thorough cleaning just basic janitorial services. They tried to come out the next day to correct their mistakes and take out the scenes he couldn't take out, but there was no difference. I was very disappointed and won't be calling them again.

I'd just finished a kitchen remodel. Spray paint dust everywhere in the house on all walls, windows ( I have 21) and doors. EVERYWHERE! When I called GAMAX I talked with Carla. She knew exactly what needed to be done. Umberto came out to give me an estimate. He was very professional, gave me a written proposal which included scope of work and the price was quite reasonable. Douglas came with his crew and worked to restore my house back to normal.

Their work went above and beyond what was expected. They're very quiet, no banging of tools or furniture. They took great care. I have a large house, they worked hard were very kind and did SUPERB job. This company is AWESOME! Thanks GAMAX!

I'm just writing this review because they are a horrible company that are always late to their appointment and they always blame the customer for not being there to open the door. Also be careful with your stuff because last time they where at our office they stole some of our stuff

Douglas showed up promptly and proceeded to clean, wax and buff our hardwood floors, leaving them with a beautiful shine that made them look like new. After interviewing many different companies, most of whom wanted to do a much more elaborate process at a much higher cost, we were especially pleased with the reasonable price and excellent results provided by Douglas and Gamax Maintenance Service.

Called these guys to have my place cleaned after a remodeling. The Lady i spoke to over the phone offered to either send a crew of two people to clean the place for $50 per hour or make an appointment to send someone to give me an estimate in two days. After Making an appointment for an specific day and date to get an Estimate, They never showed on the date of the scheduled appointment.

I wasted two days of waiting for the appointment and two hours on the day of waiting for someone to show up. After calling them, i was given a call back by the manager. Instead of apologizing for missing the appointment, the guy tried to act like they had already given me an hourly quote and he said there is need for a personal quotation. So why didn't you say that from the beginning so i didn't have to miss two hours of work and wait for two days? Giving them two because at-least they called back! lol

They did a great job cleaning out a garage full of decades of cobwebs and dirt. I had them stay and do all of the windows and eaves. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding service. William and his crew go out of their way to make you happy and deliver everything they promise and more. These guys are total pros. The best!

I used Gamax for some jobs and they are fantastic. they know their work to perfection. They are friendly and efficient. I would definitely will use them again.

I have had GAMAX come and clean my carpets on several occasions and they always do a great job. My apartment is left looking new when they leave. The staff is friendly and efficient. Just this past week they came and cleaned my carpets and cleaned my vacant apartment as I am moving. The place looks so good, it's like I never lived there. Hire them you won't find better prices in town!
