I had my dryer vent cleaned and found out that the exterior painters who had painted my condo complex had painted my dryer vent shut. My dryer vent was packed with lint and could have started an electrical fire. The technician did a great job cleaning everything and showed me photos of the work he had done before and after. My dryer sounds so much better when it is running now. He did such a great job that I had him come back and clean the vents for my bathroom fans too. Highly recommended and thank you so much guys!

I used FreshX to clean the ducts on a home we recently purchased. It had previously been a rental unit and hadn't gotten the HVAC serviced in probably a decade. FreshX was responsive and was able to get us on the calendar in just a few days. The foreman called ahead of time and communicated with me throughout the process. They cleaned the ducts without making a mess, and disassembled the blower and cleaned it out. He whole process probably took less than 2 hours and the heater is cranking just in time for winter.

Kalev and his team were very nice and professional. We have two houses on our property with a total of three furnaces. We recently purchased the property and there was evidence of mice, so we had to have the duct system cleaned before turning it on this winter. I found Kalev here on yelp and called him. He was able to schedule me in quickly. Cleaned all the ducting and vents and filters in both houses. Inspected all three furnaces and duct systems and replaced all the intake filters. He and his team were here for most of the day. Big job and reasonable price.

Came out and cleaned my dryer vent. we had just bought our house and it wasn't working and seemed to be packed full of lint and smelled bad. turns out yes was packed full of dryer lint and also an old squirrel nest -- including a decayed squirrel.

I called to have them come to clean out my air vent from my dryer. They were Extremely helpful on the phone and letting me know what the possible issue was, and they were even able to come that same day! The technician who came to my house was extremely helpful and made sure to take his time in getting all of the lint out of my air vent, Plus he cleaned up all of his mess. You couldn't even tell he was there. Very helpful and I would definitely recommend!

I really needed my Dryer vent cleaned and a friend recommended this company to me. I called on a Sunday and was very impressed that my call was answered. I spoke to who I assume was the owner and explained the services I needed. I can tell this company values honest and integrity. The next day, the company came out and took care of my dryer. They cleaned up any mess they made, took special care not to scratch our new floors, and aside from a much cleaner dryer vent, I can't even tell they were ever here.

I had my furnace and vents looked at while they were here and he honestly told me it wasn't something I needed to do right away but should do in the future. Wow! Most companies would tell you that it should've been cleaned months ago and tried to sell services on the spot. I scheduled an appointment anyways before I put it on the back burner for 7 more years. When visiting our elderly parents for Thanksgiving, we noticed that they had a major dryer vent backup. Kalev was so easy to coordinate with over text and was able to get a technician out to us the same day to address the problem. The technician was conscientious of COVID protocols and went above and beyond in showing us pictures of the before/during/after of the process. If I could give 6 stars I would. I had some ductwork issues. FreshX cleaned the ducts, eliminating the musty smell. But they also found that I had a problem with some flexible ductwork that was incorrectly installed. Rodents. I had suspected as much. They spent an additional half day under the house replacing the faulty components, working in some very tight quarters. Yay, no more problems! Kalev, the owner, even compiled a picture portfolio of the work they performed.

Imoved here 2.5 years ago in a condo and have been wanting to clean my vents and heating system for a long time as spiders appear. and when they were here not only the heating fan was filthy but also found two vents under the house with holes in them. they wonderful in the work they do and also as people. easy to be with and trust and talk with. They are so much better and have equipment that is way better than most duct cleaners.

Great service. I had them shampoo my carpet in my hallway and staircase did a great job! Super quick and all the stains came out. Will definitely be using them from now on!

Extremely professional and communicative. Called before coming the day before as a reminder. You can get professional photos of before and afters if you request them. Kaleb, Travis, AJ, and Sean were our technicians and were very polite and knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend!

Kalev and Josh did an amazing job in cleaning the air duct at our rental. There are so many steps I can't list all here. First, The air blower unit removed, soaked, and cleaned. The whole blower unit look like a brand new after cleaning. All the air vent covers get cleaned as well. All the debris get vacuumed from each supply vent before putting the duct system under negative air. The work was well documented. We're so happy to have found this company and will make another appointment for our home.

We've used FreshX multiple times due to their amazing work and customer service. We had our air ducts cleaned a couple of years ago when we moved and most recently again for our dryer vent. It amazes me every time they come out how much "stuff" is extracted from the vents. Our dryer vent ended up being blocked and we had no Idea. This was a huge fire hazard and so thankful FreshX was able to take care of it. I highly recommend FreshX! You won't be disappointed!

Had a clogged dryer vent. These guys came and took care of the problem promptly. So no worries about the wife stressing about doing get laundry. Also, I was worried about having people in our house. not from these guys employees were very kind and respectful. The lead man seemed very kind and very knowledgeable. We will be back fresh X.
