Chris was excellent to work with, very nice and professional! Our house is on stilts, so he definitely got a workout today! Our recliners look fresh and new again. I used Freshstart carpet cleaning, not knowing what to expect. It was a last minute decision, but despite my crazy schedule, Chris was flexible and went out of his way to accommodate me. I had to reschedule twice and he did not complain. To help even more, he came to clean my carpet on his off day. Chris arrived on time, was very professional and explained his cleaning process to me, in detail.
I truly loved the results and he didn't take all day to clean my carpet. He was able to remove stains that I couldn't get removed. When he finished, my home was fresh and my carpet couldn't look better. I highly recommend this business!

Chris was wonderful! I will be using his service again. He was here in 20 minutes after I called him. I had tar on my carpet and he worked on it for over an hour. Chris was actually able to get to me a little earlier than expected, but checked in with me to let me know he was on the way.
