I'm moving out of my apartment and needed to get my carpets professionally cleaned. After calling several places with no luck, I finally went to my apartment complex office and asked who they would recommend. They told me that they use Fosters. I gave them a call and was able to set up an appointment right away. The guy came this morning on time.

And did his job quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and professional. We only needed 1 bedroom and a walk-in closet done which had no stains, so wasn't expecting to have to pay too much. Unfortunately it cost us $110, which the guy said is their flat rate no matter the size of your apartment. If you lived in a home, he said the prices are much cheaper ($45 for what he did for us).

I would recommend this company, but if you are looking for a cheaper option, maybe look somewhere else. If you're wanting professional work done that is done correctly the first time then definitely use Fosters!

The AC unit in my apartment had a horrible leak with rusty water that flooded the upstairs hallway carpet. While waiting for the AC unit to be replaced, my apartment complex used Fosters Carpet Care to come and tear out the soaking wet padding and they also placed dryers to dry out the carpet. Once the AC unit was replaced, Fosters came back and finished the job by replacing the padding and cleaning the carpet. It looked like new and there staff was very friendly and professional throughout the process!

Great experience! Would recommend to everyone! Very knowledgeable, friendly, family owned. They did a wonderful job! Will call again!

Good carpet cleaning company and good for after hours extraction caused from flooding

When I renewed my lease at the apt complex I live in the complex gave me a certificate for a free carpet cleaning with Fosters. I don't know if it was because it was a free cleaning so they didn't care or if I just got a tech who didn't care but but carpets don't look like they were even cleaned, now the carpet wasn't bad to begin with but there are high traffic areas that dont look any different after he was done.

And I'm not surprised because he was done in 10 min. I have a dog so I took her to the complex dog park to get out of his way and he literally left 10 min after I did. The carpets were wet so I know he did something but did he even use cleaner? Definitely didn't spend ANY time on it. I will end up having to pay to clean them anyway.

Jordan was such a gentleman in my home and cleaned my carpets so well. They look and feel amazing. This is a great company. Had to get my carpets cleaned in highlands point and Fosters came out to do them. The guys name was Jarrett and he did great and also funny! He was quick, clean and super nice! Would recommend fosters and ask for Jarrett!

This driver did not care about local traffic laws and safety of others and parked in the bike lane which is clearly marked. Also partially blocking the sidewalk for an hour. Hopefully a handicapped person didn't have to get by. But as long as they can do their job

Fantastic Service and Price! I couldnt be happier - they showed up on time and David the worker was incredibly polite and courteous. I love how he put up protection pieces at the corners of my walls so the hose didnt leave black marks on them - what a nice touch! My carpet and Couch turned out like new. It was easy to schedule, quick response and great service. My carpets were dirtier than I thought. So glad I called Fosters, will be using them again!

Fosters has exceeded my expectations! I called yesterday to schedule to have two rooms and a hallway done prior to Christmas. I happened to be working from home today as I am waiting on an appliance delivery. I took a shot in the dark asking if they could squeeze me in next day so I didn't have to take time off work next week. Surprisingly the scheduler I spoke with, Tamara, said she'd make it happen!

She gave me a window of arrival and sure enough, they arrived right in the middle. The cleaning tech was friendly, respectful, and worked quick and quietly. My carpets look great & I couldn't be happier, now I'm ready for Christmas guests! If you need your carpets cleaned this season or for the New Year, I highly recommend Fosters!

We have used Fosters for years now and LOVE them. They do a great job, but also they are super affordable! Just had our carpets cleaned and the tech fixed a section of the carpet that was coming up between the tile and carpet without me even asking and free of charge! Techs are on time, efficient and friendly - and clean up afterwards. Highly recommend!

I have been doing business with Fosters for 3 yrs, and it always been nothing less than excellent. I have had Michael service my carpets every year. He has always been very friendly, informative, and does great work. I haven't had the pleasure of working with other employees, but by my experience with him I would always recommend Fosters for the job.

I run a Property Management Company and they and we use Fosters Carpet Care exclusively for all our carpet cleaning and carpet repair needs. I have been working with Fosters Carpet Cleaning for over 8 years and have had nothing but great service. They are timely, fair priced and do excellent work. Staff is very professional and their communication has always been spot on! Highly recommend.

I wish I could give a better review but, unfortunately there are more cons than pros. When the techs first got to my apt, I received a call from their main office saying I would need the pet enzyme cleaner in two rooms. I did have 5-6 small pet stains from my new puppy that I was unable to get out on my own but it certainly did not justify $60 extra for two rooms.

They were centralized in one, small area, basically a hallway. I declined. I was then told that the pet odor would be intensified when the carpet got wet from the cleaning if I didn't get the enzyme treatment. I still declined as I figured they were there to clean my carpet. When I got home, I was inundated with a strong chemical smell. Worse than any other carpet company I have ever used.

It proceeded to get worse throughout the night, making my eyes burn. The worst part was when I took my shoes off and the carpet was soaking wet. I figured it would be damp but not as wet as it was as though it was a rushed job. The only positive I can give is that my carpet is very clean and they got all my stains out, as far as I can tell. May need to wait til September when it dries.

Foster's cleans our carpets once a year and they are paid by my apartment complex. It's a general cleaning, which in my case is done in September. The general cleaning wasn't cleaning up three spots on the carpet. I called them on January to come out and clean the spots. They charged me $55. Which was fine. Less than two months later, one of the spots is visible again.

I called today to see if they could treat that spot again and was told, " it was done so long ago" they would have to charge me $55 to come out and treat that one spot again. Less than two months is too long ago? I don't agree with that at all. I asked if I had them come out and clean a chair I have, which also is $55, if they could treat that spot at the same time included in the base charge of $55.

I was told no. They would have to charge for the chair and the spot. Both $55. SO, instead of getting more of my business by cleaning my chair and taking care of a spot they didn't clean completely, they aren't getting any of my business and I get to write a poor review about them. I'm in the customer service business and this was poor customer service. I could be writing a much different review if their customer service was up to par. Don't use Foster's. Very disappointing.

Unreliable. I'm still waiting for them to show up for a 12-5pm slot. It's now 6:15. No after hours customer service. Zero communication. I recommend any one else. I'm contemplating renting a rug doctor at this point since I relocated al my furniture to my kitchens and bathrooms. I have zero access to anything while I wait for who knows how long.

These guys are awesome, very friendly and helpful. I worked with Teresa she was extremely accommodating and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable and high quality of service. Fosters Carpet used to be fast, professional and affordable. Unfortunately over the last 18 months, including this most recent visit, I have found them to be neither. They don't show up during their appointment times. They texted me a coupon special and then hassled me about honoring it when they showed up. And they quoted me $99 to clean a couch which was as much as they were charging to clean three rooms and a hallway. With customer service and prices as top notch as this, I recommend you keep looking for a different carpet cleaner. I know I will.

I've been using Foster's for many years now. They always do a good job. I was excited to read the Denver area reviews to see that Frank is doing well. He is a very good employee and I would recommend them to anyone in the Denver area!

Their customer service is terrible! The man barely said two words to me - I had to ask how long it would take to clean the carpets. He and an apprentice got the job done in 10 minutes (I had moved out of a studio, and it was completely empty, so I wasn't surprised). When I paid him, he turned to leave and I had to ask him to give me my change back.

I went back up to my apartment to lock the door, and saw they left all the lights on. They didn't leave any of those special baggie-shoes that most carpet cleaners do, so I had to tip-toe into the bathroom area, kitchen and living room to shut them off. They're certainly cheap, and the only reason I went through them is because my apartment complex said I wouldn't be liable for the carpets if I got them cleaned by Foster's. If you want a quality job done with professionals, go elsewhere!

Fosters comes and cleans the carpeting in my store on a quarterly basis. They do a fantastic job and work quickly. They are able to remove spots that I couldn't get out with a Rug-doctor - plus I don't have to break my back doing it.

So my lease was up and we decided to stay one more year. We where told that we can get upgrades so we chose to get are carpets done because my daughter is hard on carpet. I was excited to have a professional clean the stains. What I got was the least cleaning possible. The guy was done cleaning three rooms in 10 to 15 min and acted like he did not want to be there.

I just don't understand if you clean carpets for a living wouldn't you take the time to check details and check your work before you leave? He didn't ask me if I wanted the stains removed. My friend does carpets and I know they can remove most stains with red stain remover and a rag with an iron on top of the stains to remove them.

So I cannot say enough good about this carpet cleaning company! I moved to a Condo and had no idea they would be able to get the carpets cleaned. Not only did they have portable equipment they did a better job than some of the "name brand" companies I used when I owned a home.

I have used Fosters carpet care for every 6 months for over 4 years. I have always liked their work and their service techs. They are always on time and their techs are pleasant and professional. I have off white carpet and 2 dogs and the carpet looks great. Thanks for the good service.

I started using Fosters many years ago when my toilet overflowed and soaked a lot of carpet. It was brand new carpet, and the carpet company recommended them. I was very happy with their timely response and results. Since then, they have regularly cleaned our carpets yearly.

Can you say fast? Fast and meticulous! WOW amazing serivce. Will most definately use again. I wish I caught the gentlemans name so that I could let everyone (his employers) know how effecient he was. we only had our dinning area and our living room done. but he was in and out in 20 minutes and everything look perfect.
