Paul the owner was always checking how the job was progressing. His workers took down damaged walls in the bathroom and closet. The job was completed in a timely fashion and the workers were professional, polite and friendly. The finished job look better than the original rooms. Water damage is scary and a nuisance. They worked around my schedule which was important to me. Thank you Five Star and I would recommend highly recommend them.

Five Star Carpet Cleaning, does a great job I mean a super job at what they do. From setting up the appointment All the way to getting the job done, they show up fast and are prompt getting to work and getting the job done. The results are outstanding they leave your carpet and tile looking brand new. So I highly recommend them to everybody they even clean furniture. So do not look too far go ahead and give five-star call they will get you taken care of.

The owner Paul was great to work with both over the phone and in person. With how friendly he is it's clear he wants your business. Once he showed up I couldn't believe how fast they got to work. Not only did they clean my carpet fast but they did an amazing job. We had him clean one of our rooms that previously housed a letterbox and no matter how many times we had tried to clean the room still smelled of cat urine.
After Five Star finished the room was not just visibly cleaner but the smell has been gone ever since. Fun Fact. He did a small part of our tile to and we will definitely be using him in the future to clean the rest of the tile in our house. Water/Flood damage or just general cleaning, these are the guys to go with for great service and great value. You won't be disappointed!

First time we've had our floors cleaned and Paul was very thorough with the whole process. Very knowledgeable, I appreciated the time he even took to explain everything. Will highly recommend and continue to get this service done. With 2 toddlers and 2 dogs running around we'll need it. It's now a relief knowing I will be able to count on Five Star to keep our floors cleaned!

We have used Five Star twice now to do cleaning in a rental house. They got to our job quick. Each time they have left the carpets looking great and ready to go for the next tenants. This last time they even got out some pretty heavy stains left by the last renters. I won't hesitate to use them again next time. Thanks Paul and co.
