Fire & Water Restoration

This company is a clean up crew, not a restoration company. I had a pipe burst, they came within 48 hours to vacuum up standing water and they left fans/dehumidifiers. The tech told me they would leave them 3 or 4 days and pick them up after. They also rolled up my carpet and popped off my baseboards so everything could dry. So far so good. Then I had to call them on day 6 to ask if they were going to pick up the equipment.

They did on day 7 and proceeded to charge me for 7 days on equipment rental. After they picked up the equipment they never came back to roll my carpet back down or to put my baseboards back on. Not only that they didn't provide me with a mold test to prove anything they did worked. On top of that they never gave me a receipt for the work, just sent it to my insurance agency, who knows what they charged for terrible work.

Not to mention the entire time the communication was so spotty. I know have to call in other pros to finish what they started. The definition of restoration is to bring something back to its original condition, these guys are simply cleaners. Would not recommend this company if you want any quality work to be done.

Our food pantry storage room was flooded by someone who maliciously put a hose in a window well. Fire & Water answered the phone immediately on a Sunday afternoon and were onsite within an hour. Courteous and Professional.

The crew was professional, polite, and timely. They early knew what they were doing and were easily able to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend them. Dean, the production crew lead, was incredibly nice and personable. The company has a great asset there!

We recently experienced a sewer line back up in our 123 year old fraternity house on the Syracuse University campus. The staff was extremely responsive and professional in remediating our issue and the area affected was thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. I was impressed with the response time and follow up. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that experiences this type of extremely stressful emergency. Excellent work and a very reasonable price!

This company was sourced from our insurance company due to multiple water damage from ice dams. I wasn't sure what to think until they came. It was a little overwhelming because due to the lack of communication with our insurance company, but Dean and his partner help us understand the procedures and processes they needed to proceed with in order to remedy the situation. They removed the damaged surfaces and removed the wet insulation.

Had an Ice Dam form on our roof which caused extensive damage in my bathroom. This company was recommended from my insurance company. Amazingly fast response from the time I submitted my claim until Fire & Water contacted me (same day as claim). Dean came out and assessed the situation. He was very courteous and professional. He came back today today to start the demolition.

I am very pleased so far with this company. They sure seem to know what they are doing and that gives me confidence that this job will be done correctly. I would recommend them.
