I moved to TN almost 3 years ago with my 4 Great Danes. When you live with 4 enormous dogs, good cleaners are important connections to have and I am so happy that I found Brad. He has cleaned for me several times now and always manages to restore my home and possessions into their "pre-dog" state, no matter how grimy things have gotten since his last visit.

I've never had trouble scheduling, and he always has and takes the time to do a great job. Thank you Brad and Amanda for making my dog-life cleaner, and more pleasant/stress free for all of us!

I have used Finesse Carpet & Tile Cleaning for 3-years and they always do a great job, better than anyone else I've ever used. Brad is always friendly, professional, on time, does what he says & never tries to up sell. I asked him to clean (a really old) tile floor once & he was honest enough to tell me that he didn't think the cleaning would help so he didn't do the work. Now that's honesty! We look forward to seeing Brad the next time.

Great service and quality work. I have used Finesse on 3 different occasions to clean my upholstery and once to strip the tile in my kitchen, and I have not been disappointed. They are always on time and do an excellent job for a fair price. I highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with the results from Finesse. Brad did an amazing job bringing out stains that we thought would be there forever. He cleaned carpet and tile floors for us. Our floors look great now. He was a pleasure to work with and worked around our scheduled events. He showed up when he said he would and communicate prep work to me, so we could maximize his time on site. We will be calling him next time for sure.
