Our technician will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet. He will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results, as well as listen to any concerns you may have. A preconditioning agent is applied to emulsify and break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning.
There is no substitute for experience! I can tell you that urine stains and odors are easier to remove when they're fresh and harder to remove when its been in your carpet for a while. I can also tell you that urine can stain carpet immediately and if left in long enough it can permanently discolor fibers.

I was very impressed with Mr. Henry our carpet cleaner in Las Cruces. He was very thorough, patient, knowledgeable and polite. The carpet came out amazing! I was looking for someone to refinish my travertine floors. After reading some of the reviews I called to have FibreCare to have the polish and seal my floors. Incredible results. From beginning to end - 1st contact with Guillermo who got Emilio to our house within an hour, to talking with Emilio about carpets and rugs, to Henry who arrived when he said he would, got to work and finished the job within 2 hours We've had other well known carpet cleaners and Henry's work is so much better. I did not expect such a great outcome after past carpet cleaning experience. Professional, knowledgeable, and a great value.

Hands down the best carpet cleaning business on El Paso! We regularly have our carpets professionally cleaned and have used several other companies but no one compares to FiberCare! Our tech, Henry, was extremely professional and very friendly. He made sure to put the corner protectors on so the hose didn't scratch the walls, had us check each room when he finished to make sure we were satisfied, and cleaned up water that got on our tile.
