Mark was incredible! His communication, friendliness, thoroughness, and quick service was greatly appreciated! Price was great and way cheaper than I was expecting considering how much I paid for the protection plan for the couch. I will definitely be using this company again! In the attached picture, the top is the one year old couch with a brown undertone thanks to my two dogs. The bottom you can not only tell that the couch is much more gray but the couch has its shape back!

Mark did an amazing job at our house this last week. He thoroughly cleaned and deodorized our very large sectional that our poor elderly rescue Doberman had been sleeping on for weeks before we realized she was becoming incontinent. It looks (and smells) like it did the day we got it! Mark also power washed part of our siding and it looks great. We are thrilled!

I highly recommend Fiber Brite! I called Fiber Brite because a bottle of lavender oil had spilled on my bedroom carpet and was causing respiratory symptoms as well as lingering strong odor. I had tried everything DIY. And another well known carpet cleaning company had come to clean the carpet, but spent not much additional time or effort on the area and focused more on up-selling, and the odor barely changed.
I called Fiber Brite and Mark was able to come within the same day. He was very knowledgeable and professional and it was evident that he genuinely cared about my problem and wanted to do all he could to solve it to help me. The combination of his effective products and tools along with his extra effort beyond the call of duty to work on the area resulted in the problem being eliminated!
And the carpet dried within just a couple of hours, which was amazing. I received beyond the value I expected with customer service and results and plan to call Fiber Brite for my future needs for carpets and other services he provides. Thank you, Mark!

We recently purchased a home in the Oxford area. The exterior vinyl was pretty dirty looking, with some mildew here and there. Called Fiber Brite and Mark came out to take a look. He described in detail what he could do to clean things up. Job was scheduled and Mark came out a few weeks later. What a difference it made. The vinyl, stone and concrete walk all looks great. Will be getting him back in the spring for another cleaning project.
