Absolutely fantastic service, when I need maintenance again they will be the first I will call. They came in carefully, cleaned efficiently and effectively. We had a couch that would scratch the wood floor when moved, and even though we forgot to tell them about it and they took precautionary measures to make sure the furniture didn't scratch, the old couch still scratched the hard wood floor.

When the person noticed, they immediately stopped and told us about it. We couldn't see the scratch, but they were so prompt in sharing anything that wasn't right even though it wasn't their fault. We have a very long house, and they said they couldn't get an effective clean of our ducts because they didn't have the right tool to do a negative pull.

They could have just said "well it will get messy" and done a poor job anyways, but they turned down more money because they didn't want to do a bad job. Out of all my paying for services, I admire this company over any others. Fantastic job.

Just got a puppy and you know what that mean a lot of accidents. Was having a really bad pee smell in this particular area. Not only is the smell gone, my carpets came back all fluffed up. Overall great experience and happy with the service, staff are super professional, and would recommend 100%.

Wonderful n this new world to find a company that performs! 2 guys were 2-3 minutes early with masks and booties on! 10 minute look around at system and carpets cleaning areas, counting vents and looking for stains etc. to make sure what was wanted was what was ordered and quoted. So they started and ZOOM they did the furnace ducts first. Wife, dog and I just kept out of the way.

Then the carpet cleaning ZOOM that was done. had minimal to move as I had gotten most junk picked up so as not be broken etc. No problem as they moved the big stuff to do a complete job! 2 1/2 hour they were done. foyer, hall, master bedroom, living/dining room. The drying took longer than 6-8 hours, but its winter! It wasn't a problem. we went out for dinner to celebrate nice guys and a great job we had put off for far too long! I recommend them highly and will use them on any of my rentals as they come vacant!

Mike & Dean did a great job in not only cleaning out our dryer ducting system, but in explaining how the specific design used in the ducting has potential to cause issues. They stuck with this difficult to clean system until it was clear and clean. I would recommend them for any of the services they offer.

Dean & Mike came on time to our large house to perform carpet cleaning for a pretty dirty carpet, with noticeable darker traffic-patterns. I was impressed in their courtesy, professionalism, and efficiency. It took less time than expected, and the carpet cleaning results were great, with no stains left behind, consistently clean, fresh, and fast-drying - within a couple hours. I would recommend this company, and would use them again.

Dean and Mike did a great job and were extra helpful explaining the process. Dean even went the extra mile and taught me a few things about the house that I wasn't aware of. Highly recommend!

These guys were great! They came in and were friendly courteous, and efficientThey were very tolerant of a four-year-old pestering them with questions, professional and did troubleshooting when my outdoor faucet was badly miss behaving. (New house to us so it was a learning experience on all sides.) Dean found a way to use my laundry room spigot instead and saved the day. Plus they offered me a sanitizer for my vents that had been contaminated by mice, and would help with my allergies. Overall five star service!
