Down To Earth Cleaning Service

The team at Down to Earth tackled a very difficult job of cleaning out a hoarder's house. They did a great job of removing 100,000 lbs of junk from my Mom's house. They quote a fair price and completed the job on time and on budget. I would highly recommend them if you need a similar job done. They were careful to put aside some valuables and treated the home as if it were their own.

They did an excellent job and were very polite, attentive, etc. We had Down to Earth our for a deep clean of our house. Had no concern about things going missing as is sometimes the case and were pleased with the final condition. Recommend!

Good work but they charges me a good price but wanted extra to do windows and ledges they did not under the beds.yes they squeezed me in.wat they did I could have done.

Nice people, poor cleaning. Vicki and her co worker were nice, punctual, and willing to reclean things that we not done properly. However, I returned home to streaky appliances, windows, and mirrors, filmy counters, and dusty radiators. Vikki recleaned the mirrors and the oven backsplash with windex (I approved) but things were still streaky. Hence, I choose not to ask them to come back to reclean further. Vicki blamed her eco/natural cleaning products on the poor results.

Strange to continue using these products if you know they give poor results. I also saw her carrying a bottle of pine sol. Not sure if they used it, but pretty sure it's not eco friendly. Vicki did credit me back $80 (the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean) in exchange for my agreement not to post about my experience, but since moving in 2 days ago I've become so frustrated with all of the instances of dirt in this house that I asked for a full refund. Vicki declined saying that we already had an agreement. I didn't receive a deep clean, let alone a regular clean. Don't hire this company. They aren't eco friendly and your home will not be clean when their work is complete.

I wish I could post pics. I was charged top dollar, which is fine if they paid attention to detail. I can lightly dust, sweep and barely mop. This was NOT professional work. I had to remind them of work incomplete or forgotten. After cigarette breaks, on the clock, and redoing work not complete the first go around, I had to let them leave since they felt they were done and I was being charged by the hour.

I can't afford to hold there hand. My foyer and mud room were completely missed. I was told "we don't leave until you are happy." Very disappointed. I would have had them there all day redoing work and reminding them of what was forgotten. They called after to check in, which was nice. I told the girl that the cleaning was less than adequate and have details. She said the owner, Ed, would call. He never did.

They charged ~600 to clean a 1300sqft condo. They are very nice people, but the work was not per our expectation. they left shoe marks on one of the bathrooms and when I saw it, which was after they have left, I tried to clean it, I realized all the bathrooms have really slippery soap/cleaning agent on the floor. You cannot see them, but if you you spray a little bit of water you will slip!

I almost fell down and ended up mopping all my bathrooms multiple times to get rid of the chemical. Carpet cleaning was also very mediocre, both my husband and I felt it looked worse than before and I think the person doing the work was just trying to make the triangular shape perfect (which usually comes after you do a prefessional cleaning), rather than cleaning it perfectly.

I did contact the owner and gave him my feedback and he said they could come again and try to redo some of the work, which I never pursued. So at least they were responsive! Personally I don't think I will hire them again.
