I needed this jumber dry cleaned for a next day return, and no other dry cleaners could deliver. This place was a divine intervention for a glorious occasion. Thank you so much for your stellar service from the atmosphere when I walked in to the ladies who provided the customer service. Lord thank you for my new season and new dry cleaners.

Their facility is off the beaten track thus I never knew it existed. I needed a coat cleaned within a few days and they were the only place that could do it. A button was missing from the jacket before I took it there. When I got the coat back there was a replacement button stitched in place. It was a difficult button to match(Hugo Boss) but they did it even without my asking and at no charge.

Took a comforter in to be cleaned that was stained from my husband with Alzheimer's. Went to go pick it up and they asked for my permission to soak it as the stains didn't come out like they expected. Came back to pick it up today and it was perfect. I was so pleased and excited that all the stains were gone. It's was like new and smelled so good!

They normally would pick up Tuesday and drop off Thursday, since covid, they would pick up and drop off on Tuesday. So now a week to get clothes back. One time I got my orange bag back with no clothes and they tried to tell me I didn't drop anything off. Then how did they get my bag? I was persistent, so the owner searched and found they had made two accounts under my name and they found my order. Now, Tuesday came and went and no clothes came back again, not even a bag?

I called, they said they are on vacation this week. I NEED MY SHIRT. I am heading out of town and needed that. they should of notified everyone before taking my items. So disappointing, but I don't know any other place to try.

Service was great friendly and fast but I did ask ahead for fragrance free service they assured me they use all fragrance free products do to so many people having allergies. All my garments came back smelling of fragrances. I was very disappointed but giving 5 stars for fast service.

Needed a suit and a couple shirts done immediately. Was able to get it done, and the price was excellent

I have had fantastic experiences with this business. They go out of their way to provide professional services and accommodation. Highly recommend this business.

Can't beat this cleaner if you want good results and pick up and drop off at your home door. You can always count on them. They are a plus for Bluffton.

Buyer beware! There are plenty of other dry cleaners in the area. I advise you steer clear of this one. I found this dry cleaning company on Google maps and decided I would give them a try. Bad move. I figured I would test them out before entrusting them to all of my work clothing. I gave them one very nice, and expensive, work shirt and when it came back it had a burn on the sleeve.

Any company can mess up, it's how they decide to fix it that is important. They failed miserably. When I contacted the owner he accused me of bringing the shirt in with the burn, that it wasn't done by them. Right now I'm in mediation with the BBB. The last mediation response I have gotten to date is that the burn is caused by normal wear. Careful, the laws of physics do not exist at there location.

If they burn your shirt, they will claim it was normal wear. I would like to know what world these people live on for a burn to be wear. Buyer beware! There are plenty of other dry cleaners in the area. I advise you steer clear of this one. ------------- Update, they were unable to resolve the BBB complaint. The BBB has this complaint marked as 'unresolved'. As my boss says, they had only one task to do and they failed (door 2 door that is)!
