Diamond Window Cleaning

This place needs to hire new drivers. Some ginger who clearly doesn't know how to drive is in the lane to merge onto I-90 and then decides to just completely disregard the traffic lanes and merges into my Lane when he sees me already driving next To him. Then he proceeds to follow and tailgate me. Screaming things at me when he knows he's in the wrong.

I called the company to report him so let's see if they actually do something about this dumb ginger in a red hat. I'll be following up. But I wouldn't recommend hiring a company who can't control Their own drivers. Clearly people just hire anyone now a days. Dumb ginger needs to be fired immediately!

I would not give any star if there is an option. This company has the worst customer service. They have problems charging my credit card even though no other vendor has any problems. They have been saying it is my problem and the person there doesn't even try to place the order and keeps on complaining my card. Ironically I had used the same card placed an order from them last month.

I told her just to place the order ( just try it) since she kept on complaining. No actions were taken by this lady except for complaining. I have to stop her asking her to place the order but she told me she would not take my order. My past orders were over 10 windows( used same credit card), but this time it was a small order. A company does not have appreciation to their customers, and a company shows a rude customer services when you are placing a small order. Please stay away from it!

This is what happens to Diamond double hung windows after 10 years. Their warranty only partially covers these defects (20% of part), so spend your money wisely. Window replacement in Boston goes for about $400-500 per window, and I have 22 of them at my house. You do the math.

Quality work, reasonable price and job done in a speedy fashion. Thumbs up.

Worst place to deliver with semi truck , super tight, their docks are made for box trucks, and the roads are super busy in the morning. Can't back on to dock without help. Super fast unloading. Nice people

I would think twice before working with Diamond window. Have a home full of Diamond windows. Less than 10 years old and half don't open or won't stay open. They offer no support paid or unpaid and are rude to deal with. I've had much better performance and customer service from other brands.

We used Diamond windows to do our office windows in NYC, and I have to say they are phenomenal. This is a family run business that has been around for 20+ years. Their knowledge and experience was a pleasant surprise when it came to selecting and pulling the trigger on the windows we needed. It was clear they were professionals in the window manufacturing industry.

They did the work quickly, and efficiently. I had a lot of questions and the workers were more than happy to answer each and every one. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. USE USE USE these guys for any window needs, you won't regret it.

My vinyl windows need replacement glass. I had condensation and they say because of issues with spacer they used 10+ years ago. Patrick help me and gave me discount even out of warranty time. Thank you.

BAD BAD BAD, ,T here are Two Lawsuits for Diamond Window for my home.both over $100,000 in damages for poor craftsmanship, damaged product, improperly made product.and not following the ASTM window Codes. They did nothing to resolve any issues or problems. This is predominately a Chinese owner and a Chines run company. Having Lived in China for 30 years, I will tell you that the owner and his staff. do not return timely phone Calls or emails. TERRIBLE Customer service.

It is 6 years since my home burned down and they have not provided all the trim and windows to seal and enclose my home. Bad People Bad Product. Gen Tao Yen!
