They may do amazing at cleaning, I cannot tell you that first off. But, be cautious if you see them out and about driving. I had one lady almost take off my front end and would have if I didn't slam on my breaks. When I Passed her and looked into the vehicle - she was looking at me smiling and laughing about it. It was definitely intentional. Please check your drivers

I have used Denver Concierge for more than 10 years, ever since my daughter, born prematurely and very fragile, came home from the NICU and I needed a higher level of clean than than I was getting from my regular housekeeper. And, as a team versus an individual, they could be in and out of my house in half the time. I like that they are green, licensed and insured, and they have always accommodated the occasional changes to my schedule that happen due to life.

I always have the same team lead who is familiar with my special instructions and you often have the same team, spare maybe someone who is training. Even with an occasional new face, I never feel like I need to hide valuables. Nothing has ever gone missing with anyone that has been to my home through Denver Concierge. In fact, I have more than once misplaced a valuable that I have asked them to keep a look out for and they have located it in the process of cleaning. I have recommended Denver Concierge to many, and would give them 10 stars if I could!

Unbelievable! My house is sparkling! Grout lines in my tile have never looked better. Kitchen, Bathrooms are all immaculate. Highly recommend!

The service people are friendly and the cleaning is consistent. However, training of employees does not happen and damages to my home were frequent. The instructions for cleaning my wooden floors were in my records from the beginning but on at least two occasions (that I was home for) rather than Bona the crew was washing the floors with soap and water.

When I called the front office the explanations were 1) the regular team leader was on vacation and 2) it was a new crew and they didn't read the instructions. This resulted in the floors having to be refinished at my expense. Lost makeup, broken glass, ripped sheets.the experience cost me a lot of time and money. Reimbursements were made to me for items but it did not cover replacement for like kind and quality (my fault for not insisting).

When we decided to part ways, due to the continual damage, they were not willing to provide a two week window for me to find another service. Being retired and handicapped this put me in a bind. All in all, not a good experience. There are a lot of companies out there so keep looking. I agree with Bryan D - my experiences exactly.

Denver Concierge is a great company. They really pride in customer satisfaction and loyalty. I've working with them for a long time now. I highly recommend their services.

I have been with Denver Concierge now for at least 10 years or more. They never have failed to do a deep clean each time. I love my house when I return to courteous, faithful and friendly faces. After looking for a green house cleaning company, we settled on Denver Concierge. We were scheduled within a week and they offered a great deal for the first clean. We try and keep the house clean, but with two little ones, it is near impossible as they make a mess while you're cleaning another mess. The crew came which consisted of 3 cleaners and an arsenal of non toxic cleaners.

After over 5 hours of work, not a single dust bunny was found, and I keep finding nooks and areas where i'm actually surprised that it was clean. If you got a hot mess, or a mess, call the crew at the Concierge, they'll clean it right up.

Exceptional service and quality. The company is truly the best outfit in town - the "little things" that you won't see with other cleaning companies are standard with Denver Concierge and makes an amazing difference in the look and feel of your home. Highly recommend!

Denver Concierge has been cleaning my home for several years. I love that they use eco-friendly products! They treat my home and belongings like their own. Leaving the house in shambles in the morning and returning to a sparkling, orderly space is one of my favorite forms of stress relief.

It says a lot when a company can't handle complaints from their customers. The ladies that did the cleaning were always great, however the front office and management was obviously not pleasant to deal with. Rude and defensive, not to mention we were over-billed multiple times. We went with 5280 House Cleaning and they have done a great job for us thus far. I don't feel the need to apologize when I complain directly (not over yelp) to a company that doesn't deliver as promised.

I have worked with Denver Concierge for about a year and a half and they have been great to work *with me* so my house is cleaned exactly the way I want it done. I have found that by keeping the communication open, honest, and direct--even by providing specific instructions for the crew to address--I am pleased after each cleaning. I LOVE coming home to a freshly swept front step and walking into my house on cleaning day.

The stainless steel is always *spotless*, clean sheets are on the bed, the bathrooms are sparkling. and everything is done. As a working mother of two young children (plus two dogs), this is exactly the kind of help I feel good about paying for.

One of the absolute worst house cleaning svs I've ever had. We must've gotten the lazy housekeeper because she lied when confronted about cleaning the oven and didn't clean the basement sink at all. They did not do a thorough job. I would never recommend them to anyone who needs a cleaning svs. I can't justify paying their fee for a crappy job. The sad thing is we used them before and had zero issues. This time they did less, it took longer, and they wanted to charge more.

Just had Denver Concierge clean my house! What an awesome job! They are THE MOST thorough cleaning crew I have ever encountered. Every knick knack, every nook and cranny are spotless and shining! We have had Denver Concierge cleaning our home in Highlands Ranch for about seven months now, and I can tell you that it is such a joy to come home on our cleaning day. The gals that come in to clean are fantastic, and they never miss a thing. I could not believe how long they spent cleaning the very first day, they were so thorough. We have wine bottles on the top of our kitchen cabinets, and I actually laughed when I noticed that they had cleaned them all (about 40 in all).

I like to think of it as our vacation day when they come to clean, kind of like when you are on vacation at a resort and come back from a long day to find flowers on your bed. It just makes me smile. We never get interrupted on our schedule, and they just come in with our garage code since we are off to work. All that to say, I highly recommend them. I have heard horror stories about other house cleaning companies, and we would never switch.

Here's the breakdown: Amazing cleaning crews (5 stars). Horribly rude customer service from the office staff (1 star). I've used Denver Concierge at various residences for the last 5 years. Two things have been true the entire time: their crews do the most thorough cleaning job I've ever seen and their office staff does the customer service equivalent of spitting on you. I've even cancelled them a couple of times after some particularly egregious incidents of flat out rudeness, but I've come back both times because, frankly, I've tried many other services and Denver Concierge's cleaning crews are simply the best (and apparently my standards are high). Unfortunately, Denver Concierge is also expensive if you have a small place (currently $130 minimum per visit - even if your place is only 700 sq ft and they'll be done in 20 minutes). If they would just train their office staff in how to treat customers, they might be the perfect cleaning service.

We used this service for nearly a year, and were always pleased by the job the cleaning crew did. They were thorough, professional, and courteous. The two-star rating is related to inconsistencies in billing over the past year. The rates were highly variable for a job that did not change substantially from week to week. There was a 40-50% difference in the total amount of the bill at times.

While Denver Concierge's office staff spoke with us to see if we could identify what contributed to the increased rates, the problem was never satisfactorily resolved. I appreciated the team's work and the company's efforts, but in the end decided to pursue cleaning with someone who could provide a more stable charge for the work.

We recently hired Denver Concierge to clean our new apartment before we moved in. The office staff was extremely nice and helpful and the cleaning crew was very thorough. The place had been pretty dirty and we were very pleased with the job they did, allowing us to move into the apartment with a clean slate. They use only environmentally-friendly products, and it was nice to walk into a freshly-cleaned apartment that didn't smell of cleaning chemicals.

I recently hired Denver Concierge to clean my home in Niwot. With 3 baths, 3 levels and two dogs, it was getting to be too much work to keep everything dust-free and clean for parties and company. Now my place sparkles and I can feel good about having company over more regularly. It's amazing what a difference their talented cleaning crew can make in just one visit!

They have been prompt and thorough every time, usually going the extra mile to make sure we're happy with their service. Oh, and they use green products, which was an important factor in my decision to hire them. I would absolutely recommend their service to anyone who is looking for a green cleaning company they can trust. :
