Deluxe Carpet Cleaning

Guy at office sounds nice but they left me hanging two times as a no show and I do not have a flexible schedule so they wasted my time two days this week and on the second day I never received a call or anything. I've never had any business especially if you are paying cash to act in this manner.

No rating. Carpet Keepers was suppose to come by this morning but they still haven't shown up. My husband called several times and spoke to someone.they said they're on their way. My husband told them all the furniture was out of room and they say their coming. Now late in the afternoon and still a no show. Now they are not answering the phone.ugh. So irritating at this point! Save your money and call someone else as we did. Do not call the League City office!

Carpet Keepers were great, they moved my light end tables and assisted me I'm moving my all glass coffie table to clean an area rug. Over all experience top notch, and more important keeping local businesses supported. Capt. Marcus

Love the work that Chris and his worker did on the carpet removed the stains and also his appointments are always on time and I will be using them again and recommending them to every person I know carpet keepers do and excellent carpet clean ad excellent personality from him and his worker professional

I scheduled them for between 11-1 pm and they did not arrive till 8 pm. The carpet was still wet so I could not see all the spots that remained until the next morning. One area were a pet had urinated was still wet the next morning at 9am and still smelled of urine. I was told that the owner would call me the day of service since the technician was so late but he never called. Will not be using this company again.

I definitely would not recommend his company. The first time I scheduled an appointment they did not show up, nor did they call. Just last week I rescheduled for them come back out, needless to say this was a hugh mistake. The employee showed up high on some drug called Kush, he could barely stand up. We still tried to work with him since he was already on site.

We allowed him time to sober up, he did manage to complete the job, leaving our carpet so wet it took two days to complete dry. I am appalled at any professional company that would not screen their employees and make sure they're up to standards when entering in someone's home. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. The rep William is a nice guy, but my experience did not fair well.

I really love the way my carpet was so clean and dry so quick I thought it would take hours and be very wet when my neighbor stopped by she was very surprised how dry it was she even said it looks new and she will be calling them to clean hers now. I still have red stains but I have 4 kids and 2 dogs I wasn't worried about that lol. I was mostly concerned about the dirt and dog hairs I was also surprised that they have so much other services I will be seeing them in 2 weeks to do my upstairs the William and his assistant was very nice I would highly recommend them!

I am very happy with the job they did. I will definitely use y'all again. For more than just carpet and Upholstery cleaning. Thank you

They did a good job on my carpet and living room Rug i love the way it came out all the stain came out they will be coming out here again awesome job 5 stars all the way
