Changed hours without updating their website, phone messaging or even the tickets they give you to pick up your clothes. Just slapped a sign on the door as a safety net for issues like this. I received a 5:00 pickup time for a same day service. I went to pickup, but they closed at 5 pm and don't open again until 8:30 AM. I knocked on the door because the employee knew I needed clothes today per our discussion that morning, but she simply shrugged and said we're closed.

Very expensive, did not follow directions on my cleaning. Lady at the register was kinda abrasive.

1-Staff was very rude 2-They stained clothes and made new stains that weren't there before 3-Charged me $40 for 3 shirts 4- I highly don't recommend this place. Unprofessional and extremely low quality poor service

I can't say a bad thing. In by 11a and the clothes were done by 3p each day. The staff is super friendly, the counter experience is in and out. I can't recommend enough.

My brother and law drop off his suite at like 2:30 and we came to pick it up around 4:45 and they said they close at 4:30. There is a little tiny sign on the side of the building saying they close at 4:30. But I would've appreciated it if they would of told him they closed at 4:30pm. That is not how to make customers coming back and use your service. I wouldn't recommend this company. They are not reliable.

A-1 service from Farisha, Ms Lynda and the entire staff there. Greets you with a smile when you walk in and they take time to learn your name. It's feels more than just a cleaners/laundry service. Customer for life!

I've been going to the Carnegie D O Summers for more than 10 years; the staff led by Farisha Davis (Manager) are consummate professionals. My order is always ready on time and each customer is welcomed to the store; also they actually say and mean ---"That they appreciate my business."

I had a gross soot stain on some brand-new light green shorts. I thought the stain would NEVER come out, but D.O. Summers came through! Quick turnaround, friendly service, and a great price. Truly can't be beat!

The best dry cleaner in Cleveland, (I can't believe they aren't the only dry cleaner in Cleveland). The work is fast, my shirts looked better than when I bought them. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They even replaced a missing button on my shirt free. I haven't tried it yet, but you can drop off your cleaning and pick it up 24 hours a day.

This is my kind of store. Very courteous, dropping off in-store or through the drive-through is a breeze. I like the fact that you get a courtesy text/email when your laundry is ready and the quality of the finished product is very high. For maximum convenience, I highly recommend them!

With friendly and great attention to detail (the store and even the borders of parking lot were bright and clean), the DO Summers team on Carnegie provided excellent service with very quick turnaround. Your team delivered as verbally promised, though the laundry chit had the wrong pick up date for the fluff and fold laundry which caused bit of consternation at pick up. Fortunately, it all worked out well at the time and I certainly would recommend your business. Wish you all had branches here in Chicago!

I have been taking my cleaning to this location for probably ten years or more now. For a period of time I went to a less expensive alternative but came back because of the consistent quality cleaning service they provide, as well as the cheerful and respectful employees. Store Manager Farisha Davis went above and beyond to successfully resolve an issue I had many years back and I have never forgotten that. "Welcome Back" is the refrain I hear from everyone I encounter there and you know it feels like they really mean it!

Overall in my opinion they are best dry cleaner in town! Customer service is always very nice and super professional. Dry cleaning in top notch! If you drop your item off by 11 A.M. its always ready by 5 P.M. the same day or it's free! Never had any garments come out subpar. They have a drive thru car hop that is great, especially when the weather is crappy out!

You don't need to get out of your car during spring rain or winter blizzards to drop off your clothing! They also have free pick up & delivery service which is super convenient. Would recommend this dry cleaner to anyone in the area! You will not be disappointed!

The workers have a terrible attitude at this location. Every time I go in to pick up or drop off I feel like I am inconveniencing them. It's not like I am difficult or anything, I drop off about 8 button down shirts every couple weeks or so. I've been there about 7 times and don't think I've ever seen one of the employees smile. Leaving two stars because I've never had a issue with the quality.

Ruined my garment. Refused to pay for the garment, or to give a refund. Gave canned response of 'you brought it in like that.' save your time money and frustration and go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else.

I've been a customer of theirs for over 5 years. My issue is they never provide a price for anything they do. When you get their receipt they don't itemize anything or show any coupon discounts you had. When we ask about the discount they always say it's there or they say they forgot and then apply a discount that does not show. I called their main phone number and dialed extension 104 for customer service.

After leaving 3 messages at their main corporate number and getting no answer I had no choice but to leave this feedback. They are clearly overcharging for services as a way of doing business.

I sent a white cotton dress in with just a little dirt on it that I could have easily gotten out myself. I wanted it done well and pressed so I figured it was worth sending to the dry cleaner. After spending 13 some dollars on the one item, it came back to me in almost the same condition I had dropped it off in. If I had known I would have just hand washed the item myself. Additionally, when I picked up my dry cleaning the lady working there had an absolutely horrific attitude. I will NOT be dealing with them again.

D.O. Summers is a small local chain of dry cleaners. This one is great! We used to use the South Euclid location, but after a very bad experience there, we decided to switch to this location. The staff here is usually pretty friendly, the drive-thru is convenient, and they have lots of coupons to print out on their website! They do a very good job. My only reservation is that the inside of this location is sometimes kind of dirty, but, oh well, that's what the drive-thru is for, right?
