My wife and I are very pleased with the Crystal Clear cleaning services. Ray is very professional and committed to the quality of his work. He is thorough in all aspects of cleaning. He takes the initiative to give me recommendations about things rhat I could do prior to his cleaning visits. He is prompt on the days that he is to clean. Do not call this company. They called me with a quote over the phone and wanted to book then but I asked them to please come to the house for a quote. The man called me saying he would be there in 15 minutes. I told him that I would have another lady here to get a quote and he asked me if I would be comfortable having two people there giving quotes.
I told him I was ok with that. I was working with another lady to get a quote and missed his phone called. I called him back right away and no answer. When I was talking to the lady I notice a man.that I've never seen before. in a gold BMW drive up real close to my house with his window down trying to looking in my home.do not know if this was the guy I was talking too but just seemed weird.
I called the same number back 3 times and no answer. I waited for 30 minutes and he never returned my call. I will NEVER contact this company again and I suggest you don't waste your time either. Their website is a way to sucker you in.
