They worked on my house about a year ago and did a great job and gave them 4 stars because I was so happy with the work. This time around it took 3 calls before I got through and then was told that she would call me back when she returned to the office. I gave her my number and never got a call back. Tried to call again and got voicemail. I needed it cleaned for a small gathering I was going to have but had to call a competitor who came out the next day and cleaned and did a great job.

I scheduled a whole house window cleaning last week for Monday morning after I was given a quote. Monday came and went with no contact - no phone call or text and the phone went to voicemail all day. I called again a few times on Tuesday, saying I wanted to give them a chance to do the work for me. Still nothing. It's noon on Wednesday and they never responded. Unreliable and difficult to reach. I've had to schedule the cleaning today with a competitor in advance of an open house/birthday party.

This cleaning company came in a days notice and cleaned 2 condos that have been empty for a year. They did a fantastic job and it was during the middle of the day in the heat. The person in charge was on top of it and make sure everything was done to perfection. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a good cleaning! And the price was reasonable!

They were a no show when scheduled to clean our house. Since they were unreliable I did not want to use them as my home cleaning service. I asked for a refund of the $200 gift certificate I gave my mom. It took a MONTH to get my money back. After many unanswered calls I finally got my money back when I threatened the owner (daniel Hernandez) with legal action. These people were unreliable and they tried to steal my money. I would steer clear from them.
