I had my Carpet cleaned by Carpet Cleaning Excellence, Susan was very professional, confidant, and accomplished what she said she would do. My carpet was on a death spiral, I honestly didn't think there were any hope At all it could be cleaned. But not only was it cleaned it looked like a new carpet. Well beyond my expectations. She was on time and efficient and quick, Because my time is very important to me. Susan did a fantastic job on my off-white living room and dining room carpet which had not been cleaned since 2019 (pre-COVID) and had the stains to prove it. She vacuumed, treated the stains, cleaned the carpet, then buffed and raked it. It's over 20 years old and looks amazing - the best it has in years!

Funny story on how I found this Company, I googled Stanley Steamer Carpet Cleaning Near me, little did I know it pulled up other Carpet Cleaning Company's I clicked on a phone number and called thinking It was Stanley Steamer, When the Woman Answered, I was amazed on how detailed she described there process at the end of our Conversation she had asked how I heard about them, I said well a friend of mine recommended Stanley Steamer.

She laughed as she said well this isn't Stanley Steamer and asked if I still wanted to book the appointment, I said well you have been very thorough so yes let's keep that appointment, Well I'll tell ya I'm sure glad I did! They made 12 yr old Basement Carpet and made it like new again! I will definitely be using them for all my other cleaning and upholstery needs in the Future, Thank You Luna and team!

My very large dog had many accidents on the carpeting. I scheduled an appointment with CC Excellence a few days after his passing. I was very embarrassed by the condition of my carpeting. Susan could not have been nicer. She is such a hard worker. I cannot believe how nice my carpet looks now! Highly recommend!
