I had 2 pants and 2 dress shirts done.$32!? Shirts were $4.50 each. Pants were $9.50 each. Are you serious? They conveniently don't show any pricing anywhere in their location and the receipt i received at drop off didn't indicate anything either. All of the cleaners in the area are expensive, in my opinion and I moved from DC, but even the next highest would have been $20.

We have used Crest Cleaners for years! Alexandria and Vienna. Jomel has been our delivery person I believe since we've lived here. His communication is great! He goes above and beyond. Texting if I don't reply to the standard text of "do you have anything for us to pick up". And if he knows we do have something for pick up and it's not waiting for him (happens a lot!) he will text me as a reminder. Jomal has even come back by for pick ups! We can not recommend Crest Cleaners and Jomel more! The best in Customer Service! AAA+++!

Jomel and Crest Cleaners have provided outstanding service over the many years we have been working with them. Crest dry cleaning services does a great job on our clothes and the home delivery service is really convenient. Just drop the bag on you porch and they deliver the clothes back ready to go. Our route driver, Jomel, is always nice and really goes the extra mile, knocking on the door when we forget to put the clothes out for him to pick up. He's saved me a couple times when I was supposed to be sending a dress my wife needed for an event and I forgot to put the out the bag.

Mario is amazing! I literally can't help but smile when I see him! Every time I have an encounter with him at Crest he is prepared with a smile. a laugh a great story and a joke!
